Awful service. Ordered a radiator and TRV for specific delivery date due to on an ongoing refurb project. tRV arrived on the date, but was told by the driver that the radiator would be delivered separately. Seemed very strange so queried this and was told there was no scan on the radiator by the courier. Basically it was missed from the order. Which I find hard to believe as it’s a 6ft radiator! I was told it would have to be delivered on Monday. I was not happy as I had a contractor ready to install on that day. I was then told, very rudely that I shouldn’t arrange contractors before taking delivery! No, that’s why I selected a specific date as I expected it to be delivered on that day. Then, I was promised a Saturday delivery but it never turned up! Then I got a notification it would now be delivered on Monday. 8am Monday morning I get a text notification saying it’s now been delivered Tuesday! As it wasn’t received on time by the depot for delivery. Even thought it arrived in the depot at 4am that morning! I have then had to call to arrange it be delivered the following day as no one would of been there on that day. The delivery is now 4 days late and has cost me money, having to cancel trades people and putting the works back even further.

Great design, it’s a lovely looking thing, and purchase and delivery smooth and easy.

I just wish I didn't have to keep replacing failed Stelrad radiators.

I’ve ordered Stelrad radiators in the past and they have suffered transport damage but this radiator was well packed and arrived in pristine condition. To be fare, my previous experience was resolved to my satisfaction but it looks like they have improved the shipping procedures.

I can not fault the staff and delivery of items.unfortunately I had a damaged radiator but you can tell a lot about a company with how they resolve these issues. Next day a replacement arrived as promised. Would recommend to anyone and the products are great to.

Bought a replacement K2 radiator for the hall - 700 x 800. Just had it fitted today by a qualified plumber.
I have Stelrad radiators in my house since 2001. I have replaced them all over the years as they have worn and got rusty and tired. Never had a problem.
Quality of the build has gotten much poorer - The metal seems thinner and I can see rows of spotwelds on the face of the radiator through the paint finish at certain angles.
The grill on the top of rad is bigger than the side covers which moves and rattles about.
Not the quality I am used to from Stelrad.
