Rads can be quite cheap from other sources and there is nothing wrong with them. Stelrad carries a British premium and is worth it if you are able to get a deal as I did with this one. Otherwise…

The best radiators. Really good website easy to order and the lowest price . In some cases half the price of elsewhere. Delivered really fast too. Used to buy them from wickes but direct is actually easier and cheaper. Recommended.

There’s a flicking banner that’s always present. It can’t be turned off. It’s extremely off putting.

Also a message us tab that can’t be dismissed. It just obscures your view, how many people actually use that?

Too much going on and very stressful to use. Very poorly designed and more concerned with marketing pressure gimmicks than customer experience.

I like Stelrad but have shopped elsewhere, I just couldn’t stand it.

Delivery was awful, order over Christmas with delivery expected on 8th Jan, notification that they cannot delivery due to icy conditions and goods not arrived at depot, fine. Received notification of a different delivery date, then date cancelled again as goods not arrived. Another date given but only one of the 3 arrived. 2nd arrived a week later and no notification on the 3rd. I contacted Stelrad direct and and the lady was very helpful and ordered another be dispatched right away, and so finally 3rd one arrived but no notifications at all about the 3rd one. Luckily we were not in a rush for them

I'm not a plumber but a competent DIYer. I needed to replace a radiator and wanted to purchase the exact size of the previous one. I rang customer services and they were very helpful and pointed me in the right direction, so I was able to order a perfect replacement. It arrived within 48 hours and I fitted it without any problems. PERFECT
