Cabins not up to standard

Cabins not up to standard, toilet not flushable and smelt of urine in 1st cabin. 2nd cabin on lower deck with wet floors unable to take shoes off and relax had to change to a 3rd cabin, no assistance with bags when had to change cabins.

Hoek van Holland - Harwich and back 5 July.

Traveled from Hoek van Holland to Harwich and back on July 5. Absolutely brilliant staff on these sister ships. Extremely friendly and helpful all around the ship. Had breakfast in the restaurant on the return journey and received outstanding service from the staff. VIP feel without paying extra. Also easy with the car — easy to board and easy to get off. Recommended for anyone who wants to travel to the UK.

I was attending my brothers funeral…

I was attending my brothers funeral which was on Sunday. With no overnight on Saturday I had to go on Friday with an overnight stay in a hotel. My daughter and I returned on the 23.30 ferry. Did not have much contact with staff except those directing cars on and off the ferry.

Smooth and Efficient

Travelled to Belfast from Cairnryan and return in June/July. The whole process from booking to sailing was smooth and efficient. Both sailings on time, the accommodation and general facilities were first class and the Stena personnel were welcoming and helpful. Altogether an excellent service.

Well priced,clear easy booking and instructions.Punctual,very friendly staff.

I was travelling with a pet and pet lounge said to be sold out.When I looked on board at the pet lounge there were very few people and pets there!!

A spontaneous day out for friends and family.

A group of us, adults and children, took the Stena ferry over to Dublin for the day. I have to say I am not a fan of ferries as I suffer with sea sickness, however this experience was awesome (helped by the calm sea lol.) The ferry was lovely and clean, the staff were all polite and helpful and we had calm and relaxing crossing.
The food on board, especially the breakfast, was amazing! The seating areas were comfortable and we even had a lovely Irish band on board to entertain us. The children enjoyed it too! Enough for them to do and in a safe environment
As foot passengers you have to wait to be told when to depart, but the wait wasn't too long and the crew got everybody on and off as quickly as they could.
Thank you for a wonderful crossing to Dublin and back to Holyhead. We are hoping to arrange another trip in the future.

Over priced

Over priced . Had a superior suite .wouldn't like to see standard one .
As a long standing customer the service is getting worse
Plus I had my vehicle damaged and Everytime I gave an answer I was then asked for more .so I'm sorry but I am now using P&0 WHEN I CAN .

Best customer service ever

Best customer service ever - second-to-none. Nothing is too much trouble. Love sailing with Stena Line. The journey is so relaxing that at the end of it I feel I could stay on board and go back and do it all over again.

Straightforward and comfortable

Straightforward booking, friendly, efficient staff, comfortable communal spaces and cabins. An update on the timing is sent from Stena before each crossing. The vehicle queues are well managed.

Disappointed the Internet at sea has been withdrawn. Don't see the need for that. Paid enough for the ferry so it seems petty and trivial to be charged for WiFi.
