The ferry was crowded in the lough area…

The ferry was crowded in the lough area with people complaining where should they sit and others being asked to move to make room for others. Staff were very polite and gracious. I had a cabin booked so was thankful I could leave.

STENA ALWAYS SO approachable when…

STENA ALWAYS SO approachable when needed to change. we had to come home early as hubby hurt back and they so helpful.
sadly cabins gone and the Hyagge chairs totally unsuitable for us to sleep. glad to have got home earlier though.

disappointed that we had to pay for wi-fi, which was also sporadic at best.

The welcome aboard and guidance to cabins was appreciated. The meal I ate on return journey was delicious. Cabins were clean and tidy and bunks a good length. Booking was also pretty easy.

We travelled to Ireland from Holyhead…

We travelled to Ireland from Holyhead to Dublin and returned on the Rosslare to Fishguard route. The staff and organisation at all ports and onboard was very professional leading to a stress free trip.

Stress free travel with Stena

As a disabled passenger i was given priority driving on board. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The Stena Embla was clean and modern. The cabin was comfortable with çrisp white bedding and large ensuite. We enjoyed a tasty breakfast and evening meal. I can't wait for my next trip!

Booking by phone efficient and useful as it was first time .
If possible would like to board the ferry earlier than 1hr 15 on return journey from Belfast , but otherwise efficient and good .
Both sailings plus lounge was excellent . Although return we noticed people sneaking in who didnt appear to have paid for Premium tickets , you need someone on the desk more time .
Return journey the tv in our cabin didnt work , and our Quilt cover was torn , not good really .
Overall good sailing though .

The Stena Plus Lounge was a nice calm…

The Stena Plus Lounge was a nice calm space to spend 3.5 hours, but investment in comfier chairs wouldn't go amiss.

A very enjoyable experience

We travelled premium with motorhome, everything bang on time. Excellent organisation for boarding and disembarking, comfortable and quiet in lounge with good service, decent food and drink, and friendly polite staff.

Ireland Bike Tour

Really good service on the 4am sail to Dublin. Food was ok but expensive. The sailing from Dublin to Holyhed was packed we spent the whole trip on deck as there was nowhere to sit. Staff were fantastic as always.

Excellent Service

Excellent Service. Efficient boarding & offloading with friendly staff to assist. Spotlessly clean public areas, fabulous cabins equipped with showers and even a TV!
Outside sun deck perfect for a relaxing stroll and air.
