Awful. I signed all my paperwork and posted it by had through their letterbox as requested only for them to lose it. They were not bothered that they had lost paperwork with a lot of sensitive information on it.
Then a couple of months after the sale had gone though they wrote to me stating that there was outstanding ground rent to be paid that they had missed and now it had been handed to a debt collector I had to pay the arrears plus around £300 fees. They did not take any responsibility for this oversight.

I would go elsewhere.

Professional, fast responses to my queries,I was given helpful advice from offer to completion by Roy Bridge & his associate Joseph Sherriff. Highly recommended. At my will signing, with Sophia Oarton, solicitor, my experience was negative as in my opinion errors were made and I was dissatisfied with the outcome of my complaint. I would not use this solicitor or firm again.

Great service and communication! I have dealt with Joshua Duckworth and colleagues now over a few transactions, over the last few years, having bought and sold and set up a residents association.
