Not great!

Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with the service I received.

I initially purchased the wrong garments (as the school had actually discontinued them) which were subsequently refunded. I then ordered two skorts, but these were missing from my delivery. When I contacted the shop to let them know they hadn’t arrived, I was then informed that they were actually out of stock.

What made this particularly frustrating was that I had attended a fitting appointment back in July specifically to make sure I was organised and prepared well ahead of the new school term. Despite doing everything in plenty of time, the school term has now started and I am still waiting for the skorts to become available.

Unfortunately, the whole experience felt quite disorganised and the level of service was not what I had expected, which was very disappointing.

One set of socks has incorrect name…

One set of socks has incorrect name tags in and no one responded when I informed them. One garment I paid for jamming was not named.

I have had a very disappointing…

I have had a very disappointing experience with this company. They sold me an old stock blazer not telling me the blazer had changed for the new school year and my son is very upset to be wearing a different blazer to everyone else on his first day! Very poor service indeed. Too concerned about making money rather than customer service. Unfortunately they have the monopoly with certain schools.
