So efficient!!
So organised!! We made an appt in the summer hols online for the Epsom which was really easy. When we turned up on the day, they had a set of staff on the door with a clipboard, and were assigning staff to customers. The girl we were assigned to was really knowledgable and efficient. She had a checklist for our visit which she went through methodically to ensure we had everything we needed and was clear about where to buy other non branded / optional items at the best price. She was able to tell, just by looking at my daughter, what size would fit in all the items on her checklist (and she was right every time!) and we were in and out in 30 mins!

Wrong items sent and product consistency issues
Wrong items sent, big difference in two tops apparently the same item one 9-10 and the other 11-12. Seems there are issues with consistency and sending the correct items. Very disappointed.

Excellent customer service today from Courtney I came in today ( 14/8 ) in the morning and she made me and son feel super comfortable we was in and out in under 20 minutes. Super helpful today 10/10 for Courtney.

We visited the Muirend branch after…
We visited the Muirend branch after booking an appointment online. We were served by Emma who was friendly, knowledgeable and polite. The shop was busy as it was the end of July however the staff were efficient and helpful.
One of the shirts we purchased was faulty but they exchanged this no problem.
