Difficult to exchange
We ordered the uniform online and found the socks are too big on collection. They make it difficult to exchange for a smaller ones, and shame me saying I don't know how to read the size. Completely unnecessary.

Store location and opening times
It should be made clear where the item is going to be sent, with opening times for that particular store. We went to collect the items, we had to drive over 30mins one way only to find out that the store is closed.

Too expensive
Postage was quick so no issue there but far too expensive for children's uniform. Close to £70 for one blazer and one pair of shorts.
