I have had a very disappointing…
I have had a very disappointing experience with this company. They sold me an old stock blazer not telling me the blazer had changed for the new school year and my son is very upset to be wearing a different blazer to everyone else on his first day! Very poor service indeed. Too concerned about making money rather than customer service. Unfortunately they have the monopoly with certain schools.

Package left on doorstep contrary to my instructions to take to the sorting office. Royal Mail said it was left in “my safe space” - it wasn’t. Refused to refund delivery fee.

The RGS Worcester skirts have excess…
The RGS Worcester skirts have excess fabric on both sides where the zips are so the skirt protrudes out. The skirt costs £45 and I had to spend £40 at the Tailors getting it altered. When I walked in to the tailors, there were 6 other skirts there waiting to have the same alteration.

Quality…
Shopping on the website and shipping was speedy. I’m very disappointed with the quality of the uniform being made out of polyester in large proportion. All clothing for children should be 100% cotton - breathable so children can feel comfortable during their days at school.
