Easy process to order and receive product!

StewMac has continued to grow and become a wonderful option for goods and services for me as a professional luthier. I have never received a bad product, their product quality is great and the little customer service I have required has been top notch.

Great price, quick shipping.

It seems like a really long delivery time for a very high shipping charge for a small order of one set of 3 + 3 tuning pegs. I'm sure they weigh less than a quarter of a pound and they are not here yet. Reasons like this make me wonder why? Also when I ask questions in their comments area they don't respond. So although they have great products I feel the customer service is not up to my standards

There was actually a shipping glitch but customer service and Travis E were exceptional. Thinking about it I have been using StewMac since the late 80s early 90s when I had a guitar making business in London. I used to love getting a catalog and seeing stuff that was just not available in any way in the UK. Also loved the hot tips ( is that what they were called) and would collect them in a file I still have somewhere. I do much less making now but still keep my hand in. StewMac always supplies some part of every guitar I make and this last interaction reminded me that you may have grown exponentially but at heart you still care about the customer experiences much as ever.
I never respond to these requests but this time it’s worth noting you are still doing a great job. Thx

purchased 2 belt strap buttons for my ukulele in ebony. they look so much better than the metal triangular buttons. would have appreciated free shipping since they were such a light item.

One of my bass string/nut files recently broke. I'm not sure how many years that I've own it, 20?

The metal snapped at the handle, I took a pic and contacted Stew Mac customer service in an email.

The next day they replied, and a few days later. My new replacement file arrived.

This is why I have been a customer of Stew Mac for over 40 uears!

Stewmac is expensive but worth every penny because their quality is unmatched.

The Customer Service is excellent. Fast email responses, though I wish you had a telephone # to call.

The guitar kit was much better than I had expected for the price, and even though I am more into classical guitar construction, I bought a second Stratocaster kit. I previously built a strat type guitar from scratch, so now I’m looking forward to just doing the fun part!

I always receive my orders in a reasonable time and they're always exactly what I ordered. The only thing I would say is that I wish there would be a note on the linear taper pots saying that short shaft pots don't fit a Les Paul.

Items that were shipped in a telecaster wiring kit were not correct. Using the website customer support interface was easy and within a few days the correct items were sent to me. In addition there was a follow up email to ensure that I was satisfied. Outstanding customer service and I will be using StewMac in the future.
