My store credit has expired! Ally doesn't give a hard time and have gone ahead and reinstated my $95.92 store credit.

Today I purchased a trench coat from St Frock but missed the spot to add my discount code. I let them know, they immediately responded and refunded the amount of the discount. Such fantastic customer service and I will definitely shop with them again! Thanks St Frock. You rock!!!

Faulty dress (zipper didn't work) which I have returned. The company has refused to provide refund (they think store credit is appropriate) and so I am forced to go to PayPal to get my money back. Poor quality product and terrible customer service.

UPDATE: I have again contacted the seller and they continue to refuse a refund, despite them confirming the faulty item has been returned. I have escalated to PayPal.

I stumbled onto this site after searching for summer dresses, for my upcoming Europe Trip. I'm so glad that I did, the range and prices are great and the quality is amazing. I just had my first delivery and have already placed a second order.

Repeat customer. Found the perfect dress for the right occasion. The team even honoured a discount for me. Speedy shipping and updated shipping emails. Highly recommend st frock.

So disappointed in St Frock. I purchased the Blair dress for an event. The fabric looked breezy and was described as light weight and breathable. Upon arrival it was stiff and horrible. The design looked the same but definitely a different fabric. They are refusing to give my money back. I have returned the item 10 days ago and heard nothing. I purchased and returned a dress at the iconic on the same day and received a full refund within two business days. The customer service at St frock is a disgrace. Highly disappointed.

Received dress within 48 hours of ordering online. True to size as per St Frock size guide. It is the Joyful dress in navy floral satin which I ordered for a wedding. I previous purchased a St Frock top in the exact same fabric. Im obsessed with the material and Japanese kimono style. Recommend this company.

Order never arrived and no refund received - steer clear of scam company, says it’s based in Aus, on the website it says US and customer service have poor English. They sent me a delivery docket advising delivered and it’s fraudulent. Get the company shut down and banned from Aus.

I was delighted to receive my order today (less than 48 hours after placing the order) well in time for my event on Sat. I am very happy with the outfits I selected. I may need to swap over some of the sizes as they are larger than expected, but very happy with the lovely garments for their beautiful prints and colours. Thanks so much again Mika for your excellent customer service! You are a star!

I am very happy with my 2 dresses. The material, lining, finish and extras not expected..like a hook and eye at the top of a zip,,,such a surprise as in this day and age of purchasing online…things are not always as shown in the pictures.

Loved my experience with St Frock. Garments were as advertised and it was easy to find the right fit online with the size guide. The try ons on social media helped decisions also as you could see how the garment moved and how the colours looked in real life. Great quality for the price paid. I wore my purchase to a wedding and was very pleased and had loads of compliments 😉

I received a reply the very next day to my enquiry and the problem was rectified immediately. I was so impressed my the efficiency of the advisor.
