I didn't even want to put one star! I cannot believe that on-line clothing stores will not offer refunds. They are not the only one either. I was naïve and desperate trying to find a dress for my daughter's wedding and spent nearly $400 buying three dresses in the hope that one of them was going to be suitable. Unfortunately none of them were and when I went to return them was told that they only do store credit. Warning! Do not purchase from this business unless you are 100% sure you want to keep the item.

St Frock has been my go to for the last few years for nursing clothes, maternity clothes (even though not maternity dresses, they double up as suitable for maternity), end of year awards and functions, every day, lunch with the ladies, birthdays etc. A flattering dress for every occasion. The rare times I require a return, these are made do easy. Customer Service is always quick to respond by email and easy to deal with.

I recently purchased the Rimini Dress in Blue Print with White Ric Rac Trim and am disappointed with the quality. For the price I paid, the material feels cheap. AndI noticed two holes in the pockets as soon as I put my hand in them. It's unfortunate that there's no way to leave a direct review on their website to help them improve their products. Should listened to my guts not to purchase the dress.

Cheap horrible clothing, badly made. Will only give store credit, so be very sure you want the cheap made clothing because it’s all you’re going to get

Be aware they are very unhelpful if you accidentally order the wrong size. I emailed them very quickly after placing my order and days before my order was shipped. I had to wait for it to be delivered, return it, wait a further 5-7 days for a credit voucher to buy the new dress. NO REFUDS!!! So even if I reorder the new size straight away NO REFUND for the returned dress. Now the dress is out of stock!!!! Yes it was my fault but I a very disappointed customer.

Couldn't fit their biggest size (I usually wear 18-20) and they refused to provide a refund, only offering store credit for a store I can't use. Body discrimination and theft

SCAM, buyer beware. If you are needing a return they don't offer one as their policy strips you of your own ACCC Consumer Law protection. Do not order from St Frock. Junk Shein style clothes and no return accepted for a refund. They should be investigated by ACCC, have lodged a complaint.

I have been buying from St Frock for years because I loved the material the clothes were exactly what was advertised and the sizing was perfect... I am always boasting about how good it is and spent 1000s... Just received my recent order after spending 600 knowing the clothes are usually really great.... Heartbroken. Won't be buying from them again. They have decided to cut corners and provide cheap plastic material for there clothes and use cheap buttons instead of elastic waist or zips I am so disappointed if I wanted cheap material I would save myself 90 per dress and spend 20 on shein for the same material.

For a company that only does online, it's strange they do not issue a refund to your account just a credit. I didn't realise this. I thought on this day and age surely you can get your money back if the items were not as expected. This is a huge negative and hence the low rating. I kept one item a blended linen pant. Now I have $150 credit which I'll be forced to spend and hopefully remember, not forget I have it.
