I ordered some inks and pen. The shipping was fast, the things was just as I ordered, packaging was great. I'm really happy with my purchase, I'll buy from here again. :)

Hi, I initially had an issue which delayed sending the package for about 3-4 days. I am very happy with the swift response of the sender once i reported the issue, and that it arrived very quickly.

On another note, there was a slight mistake on the color of my purchase, I ordered the green shikiori Sailor PGS, and I got the deep blue one. However, I like this one more, so no worries :)

To give an extra star, I would recommend that whenever there is an issue, whether inventory or anything else, to inform the customer before they contact you, as an expensive pen is something someone buys and worries about all possible issues it may come with, until they get the product and use it.

Having said all the above, I will buy again from this company, it is trustworthy for me.

Update: Following my original review, the shop contacted me directly to discuss my experience. They took the time to understand what had happened, apologized for the issue, and offered to work with their logistics team to improve the situation. As a gesture of goodwill, they also provided me with a discount on a future purchase. I appreciate their willingness to engage with customer feedback and their effort to make things right. I will give the extra star back for their effort.

Ordering was straight forward and helpful; this was a pre order and thus was offered a discount; got my fountain pen within the stated time frame. It was packed perfectly and thus received in top condition. VAT was included in the given price and was delivered as such. A fine experience overall.

Great service and communications were given to my recent pen order. Often a posted card takes 5 days to get across my town; while my pen arrived in less time from 4,722 miles away. There was a minor glitch with the pen and mislabeled box but Valentina assisted graciously. Lovely products plus great service = perfect combination.

Ink of an unusual green that works well with woodland settings. The ink itself is richly pigmented, laying down smoothly and with a consistency of color. —Peter Lewis
