Great organization for seniors to get to meet new people and try new places to have fun.

Save your money and not participate.I am happy to be read all negative reviews before to join.
This site is for money. They take pictures for non member people from your area and you will see their picture but you will not receive any answer. Scam 100%. The revenew of company can be easily find, please check it to see that is far to be a non profit company.
At the free section you will not be able to have any activity. All mentioned above you will find on 1, 2, and 3 stars reviews. Enjoy it.

Stitch is such an easy no pressure group with so many friendly and kindly people!
You can see who is going to the functions or events prior to attending so there no surprises and you get to go to amazing venues.

Very good for socialising and most of the time you feel safe. There are times at some events or through messaging you get unwanted attention

This organization has opened up my social calendar, allowing me to meet new people in fun situations, to enjoy outings with others who have the some of the same interests, and to expand my interests by meeting a diversity of people I might otherwise not meet. Love the choice of in-person or virtual ways to get to know people. Stitch has provided a way to meet and mingle with folks in my immediate area through in-person events. Plus, I chat with folks all over the world .. people who I would have never met without this forum. It is easy to navigate and I feel safe here. Everyone I have met here has been friendly and helpful.

Great welcoming community of differing ages.

Unlike online dating the big difference with Stitch is meeting the members face to face at friendly functions. So while this can be a bit scary the first time you will soon recognise people that you spoke with at previous events and have interests in common. The events cover a multitude of different activities ranging from a group lunch or dinner, Rock & Roll dancing, Art gallery, Guided tours, ferry trips, long walks and discussions. I'm also very happy with the interactive website, safety protocol and value for money.

Stitch.net is a very well organized website and social group for middle-aged people . I enjoy their discussion groups but more importantly I have made several friends. One of the friends organizes a monthly dinner plus other activities sprinkled throughout the month. It's easy to feel comfortable with people from Stitch!

Stitch is formulated in such a way that access is easy for everyone one who wishes to be involved, either in organising events or as a participant.
It makes for a friendly and relaxed atmosphere at events, with new attendees feeling welcomed. Everyone also remembers how daunting it can be first time attending.People are often surprised at the welcome they receive from existing members, when they attend an event for the first time.

Stitch has made a great difference to a lot of people around the world. Those that struggle with everyday life for some reason or another Stitch helps take that void if only for an hour this makes a great difference in all our life's I have heard many members who tell me this members that have joined a long time ago and new members personally myself Stitch has helped me from being shy as now for 6 years I have hosted quizzes and I enjoy this because it makes people happy as a Stitch Community Champion and Welcomer I take every moment that I can to make new members welcome as some members can find it very Daunting when first they join like I did

I have been a Stitch member for over 10 years. I have met some wonderful people both in the UK and the US . I really enjoyed the two international meeting I attended and getting to meet Andrew and the others from Australia as well as our local Stitch get togethers.
