What a great company. From my initial contact with Nye to the final installation, the service was faultless and professional. The workman who came to my home were totally respectful, organized and perfectionist in their approach. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Nye and his company. From the first enquiry to the final installation and commissioning the Stoake team have delivered above and beyond. Great communications along the way, and the workmanship is second to none. I cannot recommend highly enough.

The initial interview was helpful, I received all the necessary information and we could agree on acceptable dates. The initial removal of the old fireplace was messy but Pavel and Reynaldo(?) cleared up excellently. Putting the flue pipe down the chimney was terrifying to watch but the team managed without mishap, again left everything neat and ready for the morning. There was a slight mishap as the wrong mantelshelf had been picked up earlier, but we realised in time and they returned it and delivered the correct one that afternoon. All was fitted today and looks amazing - whats more it works!

I would recommend this firm for their efficiency and attention to detail, everyone was polite and helpful in moving furniture etc.

Their expertise was second to none, their principles commendable and they took the time to talk with other tradespeople who’d worked on our place to ensure things were compatible with ventilation systems we’d put in place. They also went out of their way to source à stove I liked which they didn’t have. Fantastic!

Nye and Theo did an outstanding job with the installation of the woodburner; their expertise and attention to detail were evident in every step. Pavlow and Fernando also deserve recognition for making the fireplace look absolutely stunning. Their craftsmanship transformed the space beautifully.

Went with Stoake to replace a broken woodburner in our new house as they offered both a really great deal and their initial site visit from Nye, made me trust they could do the job well and that our 90-year old roof would be in safe hands.

Installation meant two days of work a week apart and both crews were great - both considerate of us working from home and worked to a high standard.

Fine service from first contact to installation and aftercare. This is our second stove installed by Stoake and you just know they are masters of their craft. We’re delighted with the quality of the work to prepare the fireplace, install the liner, cap unused chimneys and of course commission the stove.

Exceptional quality and service from the team stoake. From start to finish the guys have been absolutely fantastic. Nye and the team delivered on time and immediately answered every question I had about the stove and set up. Really high quality finish and standard of work! If you want a wood burner these are the only guys in London you should be using. My brother is a builder and from spending time in the building trade, I knew from the second I met Nye he was knowledgeable, competent and a man of his word. Couldn’t be happier with the service and finished product.

Stoake are a small, friendly company who were great to deal with from start to finish. Communication from the outset was always prompt and courteous. Nye answered all my questions in a comprehensive way and couldn't have been more helpful. The guys who installed my log burner were lovely, they did a great job, they kept me informed about how long it would all take and they were extremely tidy and did a great job of cleaning up before they left. I was happy to have them working in my house, I always felt very comfortable and at ease.
I had an unforeseen issue where my new granite hearth had an invisible fault and it cracked a couple of days after installation. Nye bent over backwards to get it replaced as soon as was convenient on my part. I'm delighted with my log burner and beautiful granite hearth and I'm so pleased I chose Stoake to do the job. Cosy Christmas, here we come!
