Exceptional service. Two items were missing from my first delivery but this was swiftly resolved with a couple of emails and a photo of my delivered items. Thanks to the team for resolving this; fast responses always appreciated. Quality of items we received are excellent. One item of feedback though which is at odds with the sustainable brand is the use of those non-recyclable polystyrene packing materials. Perhaps an alternative recyclable option can be found?

Generally a good experience at navigating the unpredictable world of selling a car. Be prepared for the dealer to negotiate the price they offer at auction; the slightest deviation, unknown scratch will be seized upon. I suspect that the amount negotiated down in part, recompenses the dealer’s representative who collects the car or the fees they pay to Motorway so it perhaps neutralises the higher initial price. That said, I had more trust in Motorway than the company who base themselves from a portacabin on retail estates across the country. Motorway were always responsive on email and helpful to resolve questions. I’d probably use them again but next time I would factor a 5% reduction on the price the winning dealer offers at auction. Margins still have to be made.

The Engineer was good. Quick and explained things clearly. I do find it slightly odd though (and this I’m sure is procedural) why using existing holes in the wall for the redundant master socket could not be used for the ONT installation. It’s also odd why they don’t take a few minutes to decoration the old copper master socket; the two are mutually exclusive. This is not a negative on the Engineer, more a frustration with the installation process as I now have both a redundant master socket and an ONT on my wall.

It nice that there is a WhatsApp channel. Perhaps responses could be a little more continuous once a customer service agent replies. It feels like comms could be handled by one agent to speed up the process.

Fine service from first contact to installation and aftercare. This is our second stove installed by Stoake and you just know they are masters of their craft. We’re delighted with the quality of the work to prepare the fireplace, install the liner, cap unused chimneys and of course commission the stove.

We appointed Resi in September 2021 to design and advise on a proposed hip to gable conversion and dormer. Resi have been exceptional, simplifying the process no end in what can be a daunting task having to navigate full planning and the terms of the conservation area. The team at Resi were so well researched and I don’t just mean a quick scan of Google Earth. They put together research of neighbouring properties where approvals had been granted or amendments made right down to the precise measurement of set back on a rear dormer, acceptable materials and likely areas Planners are interested in. Beyond the team, the platform is a great broker of messages and keeping everything about our project orderly and accessible from email, to drawings to Pinterest boards. The online experience on our calls where we were able to adjust designs live was brilliant. Well done Resi, you have created an exceptional team and an exceptional product and an even better experience to something that was traditionally hard to navigate.

Exceptional. Spoke to Cain in the Tooting branch today and quickly found the best quote. The role of the broker is so valuable and actually helps navigate and normalise the quotes you get from price comparison sites.

Great overall with good acknowledgement and communication on receipt of the phone. Where I think some improvement could be done is to continue that good communication through the transaction. On two occasions now I have had to chase the status of the payment after a week. (Order Ref: 31704695)
