Storage King - Frome Reviews 28

We had a couple of storage units as part of a house move/relocation. The staff were very helpful when we moved our stuff into storage. The access is easy, off the A361 which is good for Frome, Bath, Trowbridge and Warminster. It's easy to get your stuff in an out of the storage unit, with a good selection of trolleys. Moving out was quick an easy too.

We have recently moved and had to put our entire home into storage in Frome. We used Storage King to store everything while we waited for our house to be completed. The team at Storage King were very helpful. Security on site seemed very good and the access control and temperature in the unit remained constant. We were able to access at varied times which was very convenient. We will definitely use Storage King again and recommend them.

Although I got my storage out 2 days early was still charged £6.50 also gave the correct 14 days notice so watch out!!

The storage unit was clean and tidy, very nice staff. I no longer needed the storage unit, therefore notice was given. I was informed I would be due a refund and I would receive it in around 2 weeks, I waited 3 weeks and still no refund had been deposited into my bank account.
I rang the storage unit only to be told that it had not been processed and couldn’t be done until the following Monday and then it would take another week for it to clear.
No explanation was given and when I had to ask they I hadn’t been paid back my money the member of staff didn’t know.
Not good enough.

Regained our home by renting a unit at Storage King for our company. Easy access & deliveries taken. Friendly & helpful staff.

I used Storage King for my personal effects and they also accepted deliveries for storage for me. Their admin is efficient and the staff are friendly. The storage room was clean, weatherproof and secure. They have decent deals for joining and also sell wraps and boxes at reasonable prices (not inflated). They also have lifts, steps and trollies you can use. A complete storage solution.

I held items in Storage before ownership changed to Storage King. The transition was seamless. Facilities clean and dry, well-lit with convenient trollies. Local van rental nearby. I retrieved my items and communication was prompt, notice period short and the man in particular was very helpful and friendly when closing the account. Unfortunately I can't remember his name. He didn't have the same programme permissions as his female colleague but he seemed much more willing to go the extra mile, so thank you.

So easy to rent storage space. Super friendly staff made the entire process a pleasant experience . The facilities have easy access, are clean and there is a large variety of storage size options available. The online booking system is straightforward with a prompt follow up by friendly and efficient staff. I am very satisfied with the service Storage King provides.

Able to easily estimate size of unit I’d need because of show units. It was remarkably easy to move my stuff in because of trolleys and lifts and wide corridors and undercover parking kept us dry! Also used the coffee facilities and great. Staff super helpful. All great!
