We were recommended this storage facility by our Removal company RDS from Shaftesbury. Although we lived in Salisbury. The service from both Andy and Debbie was faultless. Quick, responsive and thorough and helped us pick the right unit. Very clean, very dry and easy to access, park and communicate. Very reasonable priced also.
I don’t leave many reviews unless they are exceptional or useless..this is the former. Thank you team and I will recommend 🙏

Fabulous staff at storage king in Amesbury dealt with a lovely man called Andy who was super helpful and a joy to deal with so thank you Andy :)

I've been very impressed by the high standard this storage depot has. The staff are lovely, really helpful. It's very clean and tidy and all the trolleys are clean and easy to use. There's three different types, depending on your needs - this has been hugely helpful as we have manoeuvred our furniture to and from our allocated unit and its made it much easier. There's a good security process in place which allows individuals to come and go 24/7 and on tge odd occasion, when something goes wrong, there's always someone on hand to fix it quickly and efficiently.

Definitely recommend them and will use them again without hesitation.

Great, easy, painless

Storage King Amesbury , have been brilliant on all round . From the start when I asked online for a quote , and recived a callback and invite to view the different sized lock ups available.
When I did attend , I was welcomed like a friend and no question was too silly, and all the information was given so clearly and this included cost , details on notice , what you can / cannot store and the manager offers and how you can book in advance to get the unit size you want .
Andy and the lovely young ladies that work in the office are so welcoming , they all care and ensure you know every detail you need to know , they go above and beyond and their customer service is second to none .
Storage King Amesbury , is clean , tidy very secure and have great cctv , and keypad entry . They have trollies and cages for customers to use to transport your goods to and from your unit and cars and even an area to get a cuppa and to seat and eat or rest . They have thought of everything and the have chosen the staff to go match this . Well done Storage King Amesbury , and thank you , I wish you every success .

Everything I needed was readily available and it was just easy

I am over the moon with the unit & facilities Storage King have to offer and the ease of transition.
Andy,Debbie and Lily are amazing individuals warm, friendly and approachable with nothing being too much trouble, on the day of moving into the unit and throughout my first month.

Beautifully clean storage units with easy access and they supply trolleys and cages for convenient loading and moving. Staff all lovely and very helpful and they charge a reasonable rate. Would thoroughly recemmend.

I needed storage at short notice and the team at Amesbury were really helpful. Everything explained throughly and set up quickly. Everyone there is approachable and professional.
After a week I needed to move to a bigger storage room. Again it was no problem, the team sorted everything.
I would 100% recommend for anyone who needs storage.

We rented a unit for 8 months, with a great introductory price. Very helpful and kind staff from our first enquiry all the way through to us vacating. They were also very accommodating when we needed to extend our rental for an extra week last minute, after giving notice, due to delays in our house purchase. Very secure and clean facility, so we knew our belongings were stored safely.

Debbie at the Salisbury branch has been amazing from my first enquiry to the day we moved our belongings into the storages unit. Couldn’t fault storage king and their facilities. 5 stars and would highly recommend.

Great experience when enquiring about storage… staff members are friendly, understanding and gave great information on type, size, and cost of units. Great to have a facility like this in our area.
