Friendly staff (Brooke, Meg and faz) they were extremely helpful and lovely!

I went in to store, good appearance. I spoke to the manager Brooke who went through the options with me, very effective and professional service for my needs. Highly recommend to friends and family.

I am sure they are a nice company, but the constant calls is getting too much.
I enquired for a price, I do not need daily calls about this. All of these calls are putting me off from using your company.

The staff are really nice and extremely helpful.

There is no transparency on what is required when booking space.
Upon arrival I was told I needed to supply a 3rd party contact details “for emergencies” and unless I did this I couldn’t hire the space. When I asked what this was required for the staff couldn’t answer.
I was also told I had to take out their insurance or I couldn’t use the facility, again this wasn’t mentioned on the email sent when booking. I asked the staff to show me where it was stated, and eventually they said I didn’t have to use theirs but it did need to be insured before I could use the facility.

I was also told that they tried to call me when I booked but there was no answer and no way of leaving a message. I had no missed call, but also they tried to call once in a 2 week period, and couldn’t call again as the “system was down”.
Basically I was strong armed into handing over someone else’s contact details and paying for their insurance as if I didn’t I couldn’t use the facility, so I had no choice.
The facilities are fine, but the lack of communication prior to arrival was very poor.

Extremely helpful staff when I first booked a small storage unit, both in person and on the phone. I colleague collected my stuff on 8 March 2023, and had to obtain another key as my padlock had been changed when some maintenance work needed to be done in January. In the confusion we didn't remember that we had to leave the unit open on vacating, and so I received a further invoice in April. On explaining to the staff the confusion, they kindly agreed to clear my account, leaving me with very positive view of the company. I would certainly use them again, and recommend them to others.

The girls Sara & Vicky in the Wakefield branch are great 10/10. Their customer service is second to none, everything was explained perfectly from start to finish. Will definitely use again in the future.

I go to storage king looking for an space to my moving items and received a really great experience and good Service, inclusive I find a place to my car while I am travel.

Friendly staff, clean units, good location for units easy to get to with plenty of parking, flat bed trollies available to use.
