Ordered and never received

Ordered and never received. Seems like a scam company or at least very badly managed. No customer service, no one you can talk to except a question and answer machine. I will try to avoid this brand at all cost from now onwards.

Avoid this company at ALL COSTS

Avoid this company at ALL COSTS! I bough a Mambo Cecotec WHICH CAME WITH a missing piece over a year ago! Despite numerous AND NUMEROUS calls to their rude customers service I am still waiting for a reply. I managed to get eventually the missing piece from a second hand market. They want to compare themselves to Thermoxix . Well that is a joke! this machine is absolutely 'crap'. Still waiting for the piece. What bother me most is the rudeness and superiority attitude of their customers service. I also bought another product AT THE SAME TIME and it broke within a year. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED THIS COMPANY PRODUCTS ARE ABSOLUTELY RUBISH AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IN VALENCIA (SPAIN) THE RUDEST PERSONS I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS! DO NOT MISTAKE THE SERVICE OF THERMOX AND THIS RUBISH PRODUCTS. THERMOXI IS SUPERIOR IN ALL FRONTS. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY IN THIS PRODUCTS, WAIT A LITTLE BIT LONGER UNTIL YOU CAN AFFORD A QUALITY PRODUCT LIKE THERMOMIX! YOU SHOULD TAKE THIS VERY SERIOUS! I have a Conga M20

I have a Conga M20. I have loaded the app from the QR code on the machine. It is not the one in the adverts. It's very limited in what It will do, compared to the adds. It does not save rooms. Every operation is like the first, so takes much longer. Try ",High water", mopping and it doesn't stop, just cleans over and over till it needs charging.
The machine could work well, but not with this app.
This app makes the machine a bad buy.
Go somewhere else till this is fixed.

I don’t know what’s wrong with the…

I don’t know what’s wrong with the customer service of this company but I think it doesn’t exist at all. They don’t answer emails, calls or messages. My boyfriend ordered a hairdryer for me back in February but after the first use the part for it melted. We want to get the refund but no one answers, we filled out the form a few times but there is no result. We don’t know who to complain to so that they react and we can get the refund. Why does it take forever to proceed with the refund process?

No reply from Customer Service on any channel of communication

My battery stopped working on my electric bike. I sent in a request on the 18th of January, I still have only recevied emails from the company about how they want to help me since no one ever replied to me on whatsapp, after trying to use that channel for help. This email came to me a week after no one on whatsapp replied. I replied to the email late because I have things to do in my life but then Cecotec also took a week to reply and its been like this since. I have been waiting a week for an email reply, and still after trying whatsapp again, I am stranded in the thread. I use this bike everyday as I cannot drive. Do NOT USE CECOTEC for expensive appliances, I have them for other small things and they subpar but functional. The Customer Service is horrible, takes forever for help. I never leave reviews but this one I had too.

Malfunctioning decide: no replies and no money back

I bought a beerflow which came broken and they do not reply my wife emails anymore. cecotec ignored us and we are stuck with this device. Very bad and very shameful.

good products marketed in a truly shady manner

We've bought many products, and they've all been good.
The problem is receiving the correct invoice.
And the biggest problem is customer service, where we find very kind operators who can do nothing except provide the email address, which never responds and continues to make the same mistake.
The purchases were made for and from the account of a small business. Currently, we continue to have accounting problems and cannot count on VAT recovery. It's a pity to find good products marketed in a truly shady manner.

Airfryer

I was a good customer, but I won't buy anything from them anymore. I wish I'd read the reviews first; apparently, I'm not the only one. I bought an AirFlyer on December 16, 2025, and it doesn't work. Nine emails and four phone calls, still no refund! Never experienced this before?

Marked as delivered, but no parcel received — no contact, no support

My order was marked as “Delivered” on 27/01/2026, but I did not receive anything. I was whole day home so I also cannot miss the delivery by being away. The tracking number shown (GLS Italy) cannot be found on the official GLS website (also not via ID collo), and the downloadable ticket is only an invoice with no valid shipment details. I contacted support to request the correct tracking and proof of delivery (POD). I’m waiting for clarification and a resolution (delivery, replacement, or refund).

buying was very easy

buying was very easy. The only thing is there transport. The company that they are using does not give enough info about time. They predict a date wich is also not accurate, and then this will say you have to stay out of work and just sit at home ?? NO that is a no go in these times. Also now it's to complicated to send a revieuw, that should be much easier.

Avoid! Unacceptable After-Sales Service

Avoid the Conga 11090 Spin Revolution. The product started presenting faults only a few months after purchase and the same issue has persisted ever since. It has been sent for repair three times without being fixed.

Despite this, the company is now asking me to pay for yet another repair, with no guarantee it will solve the problem. This after-sales service is unacceptable. I have no confidence in the product or the brand and would strongly advise others not to buy this robot hoover.

Worst Company Ever

All round a terrible experience.
I bought an item days ago which was to be delivered within 3-5 days: complete lie.
It already passed more than those days and the tracking number/link send you to a scam courier company: Envialia.
I need to have more info!!
