Winter will be over but the heater wil not be repaired/replaced.
I keep on writing reviews and emails but no one to revert on the issue.
Cecotec as a brand is a scam.
DO NOT BUY THINGS FROM CECOTEC.

The worst company in Spain

All round a terrible experience. They are great at taking your money but once the order is handed over to the delivery company the tracking number doesn't work, the company refuses to take any responsibility for where the item is and, what's more, Cecotec tells you that your delivery will arrive within 3-5 days which is a complete lie. Avoid this company if you value your mental health and money.

Still waiting for delivery…. Nearly a month on

Ordered my running machine on 29/11/2025 for delivery in Portugal. Still hasn’t arrived be 26/12/2025.

Tracking number doesn’t work and transport company can’t be contacted. Customer Service at Cecotech can’t do anything and I have told me 3 times someone will be in contact but no one has.

All round terrible experience and the fact they can’t cancel my order and return my money makes it even worse.

Just avoid.

Cecotec delete negative comments on social media and promote fake positive ones

Case 04174808

Cecotec is shady, dishonest, and actively censor negative feedback while they promote positive reviews from obvious insiders or paid collaborators. This kind of manipulation violates EU consumer protection laws against fake reviews and deceptive practices.

They delete or hide critical comments on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube. I have documented evidence of this. Anything that exposes their poor service or broken products disappears within hours.

The only reason you’ll see real customer experiences is on Trustpilot or X (Twitter), where they can’t control the narrative. Go read the replies on their X (Twitter) posts, it’s a flood of complaints, ignored messages, or warranty scams.

Their customer service is a joke: rude, dismissive, or completely unresponsive. They refuse to honor warranties, even when products arrive defective or break within weeks. In private chats, they gaslight customers or just stop replying altogether.

This company thrives on deception and censorship. Don’t fall for the fake positivity on their curated social media. Check (Twitter) or Trustpilot before buying, you’ll see the truth!

I ordered a coffee machine and it never arrived

I ordered a coffee machine on 2nd of December and, to this day, the order status has been stuck on 'Verifying stock'.

Firstly, the website still says that the product is in stock and gives an estimated delivery time of 4–5 days. However, after a week of sending emails and making calls, none of which were picked up, I was finally able to speak to someone who told me that my product was not in stock and that they could only process my order after 9 January.

Secondly, I noticed that the price before Black Friday was €148. Then, on Black Friday, they offered a 7% discount, bringing the price down to €139 (which is when I bought it). After that, the price increased to €169!

So they are still lying on the website about stock and delivery times. If you buy a Christmas gift in advance, they will just leave you hanging with no warning or apology.

I got my package used with yogurt…

I got my package used with yogurt inside broken that smells very bad with a note inside that someone used it.I sent a complaint with the picture and everything to change and no one answered.alsoi dont have the box because it was slimy with the bag and the whole thing smelt like vit and its broken and ysed.so u gave me a used broken blender

Cecotec Want to charge for parts within warranty

I purchased 2 EnergySilence Aero 4280 Invisible Steel bulbs, Ref. 05994. Delivered on 07/11/2024.
On 11/27/2025, one of the bulbs stopped working, most likely due to a faulty LED controller. I contacted Cecotec through the form on their website so they could replace or repair the item in question. I was presented with a bill for R$ 24.90 for a new LED unit, claiming that:
"The warranty only covers manufacturing defects. In the case of parts, the warranty period is 6 months after purchase. After this period, the warranty does not cover replacement, as the failure may be related to natural wear and tear or misuse, and is not covered by the general 3-year warranty."
Since I have 2 units, purchased just over a year ago, and one works and the other does not, it seems clear to me that this is a manufacturing defect. The brand is trying to avoid honoring the warranty that is legally due to me. I want my money back or a new unit delivered to my home.

The quote in question was issued due to the need to replace consumables—a replacement not covered by the product's legal warranty.

As CECOTEC states in its general terms and conditions on the website, and in accordance with current regulations, the product's legal warranty only covers non-conformity existing at the time of delivery. This expressly excludes the end of the product's useful life caused by normal wear and tear. The product's battery is considered a consumable item with a lifespan shorter than the product's legal warranty.

Therefore, we regret that we cannot grant your request. There is no inherent defect in the product, since, as quoted, proper functioning only requires replacing the product's BATTERY, which has reached the end of its useful life after normal use, as is typical for its nature.

Please reply to the email with the quote to indicate whether you would like the battery replaced after payment of the quote, or if you would prefer a refund without a battery replacement.

do you a favor, don't buy cecotec product

probably the worse company on the market
I bough a cecotec mambo cooKing, and after one year the sealing on the blades just broke. Guess what? no spare parts and no alternative are available for my model, so it is completely unusable for a piece of rubber. I think that its even illegal for EU laws, but of course, no actions are taken.
That's just unbelievable. DON'T BUY FROM THEM

The product itself is great and…

The product itself is great and ordering online is super convenient, but the delivery service is really disappointing. The tracking number often doesn’t work, there’s no customer service phone line, you can’t get issues resolved quickly, delivery takes forever, and they frequently miss the scheduled time slot or just don’t show up at all.
This happened in Portugal. My order number is 197057554126314, placed on November 1st. Up to now, I still haven’t received the tracking number for shipment D251482649-1 (Ref 02678). Although customer service has been replying to my inquiries, the package itself never shows up. I’m really glad to see active and attentive responses here.

Overall good

All good. The product is spectacular with good quality. Only thing is that the package for the blender arrived opened, but I realized it was from the transport and didn’t damage the product, but it’s something to consider. The rest is good.

Watermachine / Lavadora. Cecotec doesn't have parts to fix broken products.

(Spanish version at the end).

Got a watermachine using amazon.es, the watermachine works for 11 months and then it brokes. I call the cecotect.com website requesting for a fix, they answer me 1 months later.

Two days after call then, I decide to request the Amazon refund, because the product was 1 year of warranty through Amazon (I was luck).

With amazon I was to wait 15 workable days to process the return of the item and 5 workable days more to receive the money back.

The first day of my water machine broke I call to general services here in Spain about what to do, they tell me that Cecotec was reseller branch and usually they doesn't have parts to replace broken products. Which was true, the website doesn't have the piece my machine requires.

I decide, for now, to do not get any other Cecotec product, unless is the only option available.

Compré una máquina de agua en Amazon.es. Funcionó durante 11 meses y luego se averió. Llamé a la página web de Cecotec (cecotect.com) para solicitar una reparación y me respondieron un mes después.

Dos días después de la llamada, decidí solicitar el reembolso a Amazon, ya que el producto tenía un año de garantía (tuve suerte).

Amazon me indicó que debía esperar 15 días hábiles para procesar la devolución y 5 días hábiles más para recibir el reembolso.

El mismo día que se averió mi máquina de agua, llamé al servicio técnico en España para preguntar qué hacer. Me dijeron que Cecotec era un distribuidor autorizado y que normalmente no disponen de piezas de repuesto para productos averiados. Y así fue: en la página web no tenían la pieza que necesitaba mi máquina.

Decidí, por el momento, no comprar ningún otro producto Cecotec, a menos que sea la única opción disponible.
