Unacceptable Service: Internet Down Since July 3rd, No Resolution in Sight

I've had no internet since 3 AM on Wednesday, July 3, 2024. I've called your support line (051-111 178 676) over 50 times and each time I've been fed a load of excuses. I was promised my issue would be resolved today, in an hour, by 10 PM Wednesday—none of which happened.

Your support staff keeps changing their story: it's a fiber issue, a manpower problem, or there's no priority list. No matter what, my problem remains unsolved. And forget about speaking to a supervisor—they're never on the floor or conveniently "unavailable."

This is hands down the worst customer support I've ever experienced. You can bet I'll be posting this review everywhere.

I have been trying to get STORMFIBER connected to my house in Gushan-e-Iqbal since January 30, 2024. I also made a initial payment for PKR 3600. Recently I contacted Mohammad Farhan but still NO RESPONSE. What a shame.

I have a single problem for the last 7…

I have a single problem for the last 7 months that was unstable internet and router, every time i called helpline they took 11 to 15 minutes to understand, afterwards no response or follow-up, every time i follow up they said either your complaint has not been registered or it has been resolved, border line scam. STORM FIBER IS DECIETFULL OR INCOMPETENT.

Worst Company ever

Worst Company ever. They are just a mafia nothing else. Every time they just generate a new ticket number for my complain and after few hours, they just forward an email for complaint closure. Not Recommended.

Pathetic stomer servic

Pathetic customer servic my internet service down since last 3 days. I have lodge my complaint tor Deepak(attending person) and after 24 hours when I called for follow up I am surprisingly informed that your complaint has not been registered with us and then new complaint was registered and I have been told to wait for further 24 hours to resolve the issue. Poor pathetic unprofessional support team I have ever experienced.

I have been using StormFiber internet…

I have been using StormFiber internet service for 3 years in Sialkot. Whenever the internet goes down, it takes them 2 days to fix it. Currently, it's been 4 days without internet, and whenever I call support, they say that a team is on its way to resolve the issue. I have had the worst experience with them and I advise everyone not to use their service.

How could I forget that we live in this unfortunate pakistan and that we have to be a goon to deal with these illiterate yet such incompatible employees they have otherwise they will treat you like an idiot just like any other department or company in this unfortunate pakistan.

Pathetic service quality

Service quality has totally turned upside down. Their helpdesk isn't helpful anymore, they have generic reply to my bandwidth problem tickets (50 Mbps bandwidth gives me less than 10 Mbps), and seems like their replies were generated through a chatgpt. I still have same bandwidth issue despite opening several tickets.

Extremely poor service and poor…

Extremely poor service and poor response. I have been using it for last 5 years. In starting, their service was very good but afterwards they jst got bad to worst, eben PTCL is better than Stormfibre. I would never recommend to any one.

I am a very old and a very loyal…

I am a very old and a very loyal customer of Storm Fiber. I have two connections i.e. office and home. I am residing in SMCHS and now I am facing disconnection of fibre cable almost on daily basis. The customer services standard is highly inefficient and the customer services are only acting as post man and none of the customer services officer is aware of the technical term. Last month my office net was disconnected and despite of promise of resolving the complaint in 24 hours it took more than 36 hours. The customer services and engineering department are highly incapable. Last month I was told that some box which supply installled for supply of net services to the area is faulty and I was advise to lodge a complaint which i did however no action had been taken. It is unbeleiveable that a company like Storm Fiber is only interested in selling connections however the service which they promise is compromise due to monopoly.

Bad customer service

I am using strong fibre connection from last 10 years. Connection is OK but customer service is very poor and they are taking action after 2,3 days please improve your customer service as well technical team for quick action. Most people came back from ptcl but now same problem for response. Please I request you improve your self.

Awful service

Awful service, incompetent customer support, slow speeds, always keeps getting disconnected and so many internal issues. Not worth the hassle and has fallen off. Save yourself the time, money and frustration and get a new provider

Worst Services i have ever seen in my life.

Well their IT staff don't have the capability to tackle the problems on their end. I got static IP from them and it took 45 days to solve the problem which were from their end. Their services are absolutely rated zero , wish trust pilot had a Zero minus rating also for these type of educated peoples.
10 days back by mistake i thought to check their HD Nation TV channels Box, and today they installed the Modem, and HD Box but the unprofessional thing is they don't have the staff which can configure my ONT after 6 O Clock so i have to wait the whole 24 hours from now. My whole work has been stuck just because of their lazy staff, and so is my web server is down which is a very important project of mine, more over their helpline is also of no use just to brain strom the customer that they are doing the need full
Believe me guys this stromfiber will sure give you high blood pressure, i don't recommend any one to get their services of any kind even they provide free of costs.

Disappointing Experience: Stormfiber's Poor Customer Service and Relocation Process

I experienced poor customer service from Stormfiber. I requested relocation services and paid for them, but it's been 20 days without any contact from them. Despite making daily calls to their support team, I only received canned responses. After 20 days, their vendor from Soldier Bazar area in Karachi suggested cancelling the connection instead of resolving the issue. As a result, I'm cancelling my subscription today after wasting 20 days. Additionally, they charged me for relocation and for the days I didn't use the internet.

This the 2nd day without internet and…

This the 2nd day without internet and TV services. I made complaint on helpline and also i talked with the resourse person who is working in their office but they are still working on status nothing else. Very poor management and team staff they are having. I have heard before that if you get any failure in fiber then wait for 10 to 15days as there is no one who can ask from them why are you delaying the issue. In my case i'm witnessing the same. PTCL flashfiber is far better than stormfiber.
