Each email has been swiftly and professionally answered . We have been kept up to date with our issues. Today we have had Colin out to our property, he is a very hard working conscientious employee who has done a marvellous job.We have peace of mind about our Story Home purchase and the after care team

We have just moved into our Story Home and it instantly felt like home as soon as we walked through the doors. We first visited the show homes at Beaumont Grange in summer last year and since then Sean was amazing, very informative, helpful and quick to respond to any emails, calls or questions. Since moving, agin the team have been great, Sean, Chris and Dan are right at the end of the phone if you need them. The home is built to such quality and any issues are responded to quickly. I have already recommended Story Homes to a lot of of my friends! Thank you to Sean and the team from the Myers family 😁

We recently bought a home in Beaumont Grange, Darlington and had an exceptional experience from start to end. Sean was amazing throughout the process, he was knowledgeable and diligent, kept us informed and made the whole process smooth and easy the whole way through. Just dropping a note to thank the Story Homes Team at Heritage Fields who have been outstanding managing or purchase of our new gorgeous home which we completed on today. From start to finish Stacy and Amber had been fantastic, keeping us abreast of the progress and checking in with us during each stage, without them, we would not have had such a smooth and swift purchase. Our experience buying a Story Homes house has been brilliant. Ruby, our sales executive, was superb throughout the entire process - she was really communicative, supportive and a joy to work with. We used the part exchange scheme which took the stress out the process and had access to the portal which provided descriptions of all the build stages. Ruby also gave us regular updates on the build progress and helped us choose our options which was a really exciting part of the experience- it definitely helped seeing them in person!

The home demo was the first time we saw inside our home (and the first time we saw the views of the fells from the upstairs windows!) and we also met Tom, the Assistant Site Manager, who took us through everything in our new home and answered all our questions, even the really specific/niche ones we had.

On completion day, Zara was absolutely fantastic, really patient and accommodating and made sure everything happened smoothly. We also had another visit from the other Assistant Site Manager, Sam, whose genuine care for our home is evident. He very quickly grabbed some of the site team to investigate a couple of minor issues which gives us confidence that the aftercare we receive will be as good as pre-completion.

The house is amazing, with high quality and excellent craftsmanship throughout, it's clear that time and care has been taken to make sure that the end result meets the high standards that Story Homes are known for. We're really pleased with how all of our option choices have come together. We also chose to include flooring which was a good decision as the fit and finish is great and having it all ready for move in day made bringing our things in much easier.

We seriously cannot thank the entire Story team enough for their hard work and efforts but in particular Ruby who has helped us move into our dream home.

Initial contact over the last few months to find out more about the Fairways at Penrith. The website is good and you can find out what you need in advance. It is good you can see information on current planning applications on the website. It was easy to make an appointment to view the show house. When we visited, the information we received was helpful and we left knowing everything we needed. Although we are not building experts :) you can tell the houses appear to be built to a high standard and internally everything appeared to be 'finished' well. Where the building is ongoing the site looks very tidy too - not something you see in many housebuilders. We would not really look to buy a new build ideally, however Story are one of the few we would consider - also based on the feedback we have read. We are not sure if this is the development for us, but based on our experiences to date, we would have confidence in Story if we wished to progress with a purchase.

Emma from the Story Homes site at Elmbrook, Coppull was nothing short of brilliant! We walked in curious to see if we liked the estate and walked out booking a reservation appointment.
A natural at her job, chatty, engaging and honest. Emma’s interactions with us is what made us so certain about purchasing a property with Story Homes. A credit to the company!

Emma dealt with us and she was amazing. Super helpful and clearly very knowledgeable around the development. She was able to answer all are questions and was super friendly. As soon as we entered we were offered a drink, it’s those little details t at really make this place that bit extra special!

Fiona was extremely helpful in explaining all the new builds soon to be available and allow us to visit the show house as well. Story homes is all about good and safe living environment. Loved the quality of build and overall peaceful, clean and tidy community for familles

I purchased my first home with story homes and could not fault them. Rachel from Robinson fields has been amazing for keeping us updated throughout the build process and answering all our silly questions promptly. The Story Homes Aftercare team dealt with my issue very professionally. Julianne was very pleasant to deal with, and was very proactive in accommodating the appointment at short notice, for which I am very grateful.
On the day of the appointment, Derrick arrived early and was very keen to get on with solving the issue, but took the time to explain what may need doing and where he may be a nuisance beforehand, such as any excessive noise and limited access, when resolving the issue. Derrick was very polite and friendly throughout, whilst ensuring that the work area was tidy once the work was completed.

Overall, the whole experience exceeded my expectations.

From the first time we visited the show home, Stacey has been amazing. She talked us through the whole selling / buying process and has kept us updated every step of the way. We have visited the office on numerous occasions with family members to show them what our new home will look like and she has been really accommodating and extremely helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to ask her anything about the whole process. She’s amazing at her job!

In this day and age to know that there is an actual human being answering the phone and supporting is rare in itself but when that person is as friendly and helpful as Stacey and every conversation is enjoyable and useful it has to be said that she is one of life's heroes

As first time buyers, the purchasing process can be confusing and daunting. Stacey has guided and supported us through each stage, which made the process of buying our first home very pleasant and exciting. Together with Amber, they form an excellent team.

My wife and I recently reserved a plot at the Woodbridge Green development, and our experience so far has been exceptional. The sales team have been consistently supportive and knowledgeable. Sarah, who has since moved to another site, and John, who has continued her work seamlessly, have both been fantastic. They guided us through every choice for our options and upgrades and have always been welcoming and accommodating, even when we’ve dropped in unplanned.

Kyle, the site manager, has also been brilliant. He is friendly, approachable, and clearly very knowledgeable. We really appreciate the time he has taken to explain the build process, his attention to detail, and the opportunity to view our plot when it has been safe to do so.

From reservation to exchange of contracts and through all our choices, the entire process has been smooth and supported by a genuinely lovely, personable team. We can’t wait to move in!
