Excellent experience
Ordered an Evonic fire. Customer service great and responsive, as I made a spelling mistake on my address that they changed within the hour.
Delivery was received within two days.
All in all an excellent service and will order again when necessary. Priced very competitively.

Delays with deliveries
Delays with deliveries. Ordered a stove plus a stovepipe kit. Initially; the stove was delivered after chasing up Stoves are us. The stovepile kit was eventually delivered following further chase ups.

I love the cooker, delivered on a pallet
I love the cooker. First time I have had electric oven and induction hob and so far both have been great 👍
The delivery was on time but the cooker came on a pallet and needed to be unpacked before we could get it into the house. My husband and I are in our 70s. It took a kind stranger to get it into our home. We would have been stuck but for his help. 3 stars.

Great value dimplex electric stove delivered fast
The dimplex electric stove was half the price of Argos, was delivered very quickly, faster than the website had said, and to the agreed place. My house wasn't easy to find, but the driver persevered and was helpful with carrying the stove. The stove itself is great, looks expensive and has a good artificial flame. My only quibble is that the top actually seems to be made of painted mdf, not metal as I'd assumed from the photos. Probably it says somewhere but I didn't notice. It does chip easily, so handle with care... we didn't!

Parasol - great customer service
We ordered the Platinum Parasol with led lights, the price was very competitive and delivery was quick. We didn't want the marble base with wheels as our patio is made from flagstones as is uneven. In error, we forgot to order the more basic cross base. We were having a party and needed the part urgently. It was re-assuring that we could easily get through on the telephone to people based locally. Our problem was resolved and we received the part the next day. Special thanks to Brandon.

Good product but packaging leaves a lot…
Good product but packaging leaves a lot to be desired. Ordered a firepit. It came in a damaged box with no internal packaging around it so it was thrown around during movement and delivery. Something needs to be done about the way the products are packaged.
