No concern
I had to argue and explain my situation( to several agents) to get a courtesy car. There was no concern whatsoever. Really poor communication between departments.

From the moment I walked into the showroom I was met with a friendly face.
The reception staff were very professional and courteous. Carly then guided me to the right department along with a nice mug of hot chocolate.
Michelle (Servicing) then took me through the whole process of what had been done and I felt reassured that I can drive with a peace of mind

Service Stratstone good. Porsche Assistance useless.
Service from Chloe at Stratstone service was brilliant. Porsche Assistance hopeless, Car not collected for repair, lies from Europcar about contact same as last time, AA acting for Porsche Assistance rude and incompetent. Fortunately Chloe managed everything instead.
