Talked through the colours and functionality options and all the paper work.
We were kept informed of progress, ie when the car was due in the garage and when it arrived early, when do request V5 for part ex and retention of number plate.
Did all the Mercedes me set up of profiles and users and connected both phones. Super helpful and friendly.
The whole experience was a pleasure.

Good and room for improvement
The quality of customer service is good and the staff is willing to hear the issues raised by the customer. However, improvement on technical side is noted. According to my case, I have raised the issue about the failure of screen wash jet at rear side of my car. But the issue has not been addressed when I get it back.

I used this location for the first time to service my Mercedes GLC. Lovely ambience! Friendly and professional team. Great servicing (they give you great detail in the paperwork and also email you a health check video which gives helpful detail into how healthy your vehicle is (tire thread depth, brake disc wear, etc.) and when things should be considered for changing. Met and exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended.

Wasted appointment - parts not available
Additional work identified as needed during regular service was scheduled for today. Upon arrival at Mercedes Leeds I was advised the parts required (ordered for shipping from Germany) hadn't been received and therefore work could not be carried out. It was unclear when the parts would arrive and therefore no new appointment has been made.
