Trolling through the 'Specials' is tedious!
Have shopped Strawberrynet for many, many years - and I have enjoyed the experience because I've almost always been able to find the product I was looking for. Of late though I find having to troll through all the 'Special Offers' annoying. I feel the need to go through them all & check if there is a deal I can pickup in the various separate lists, but its soo time consuming. Other than that, once I reach my product page I am very happy and the purchasing procedure online is quick & easy.

Somewhat disappointing
Over years I have had my points removed and had to start again - this is a shame as it was great before that. I now don't really trust the company as I used to. Also some things I chose to buy were not put in my cart - so I didn't bother buying as much as I was going to.

My dealing with Strawberry Net was a good one. I got an email showing the purchase and how you can keep track of your parcel. It would show the status of where it was. It took 8 days from date of purchase to arrive. Had bubble wrap around it and was supported really well or around it.

You deliver on time
You deliver on time. Your products are a little restrictive from what you used to have and I will not pay a premium because what I purchase is valued at over $400.00. That is a disappointment.

The initial discount I was offered…
The initial discount I was offered suddenly changed at checkout and the total amount ended up being more. This is always irritating and feels disingenuous.
Hi, I think the the initial discount was the 13% storewide plus one of the products (I think the foundation) had an extra 5 or 10% off. Initially the total was $165 until I got to the paying stage and suddenly it was $175 (shipping was still free so that wasn't the added amount).
