My order was cancelled and money…

My order was cancelled and money refunded without explanation. I emailed twice to find out what had gone wrong and to make sure the order was placed without receiving a reply. Very dissapointing lack of customer service. I purchased $600 AUD worth of products elsewhere.

DO NOT BUY from Strawberry net.com

You are purchasing an item from Hong Kong, goes through customs so takes a long time for delivery. I purchased 2 Giorgio Armani eye shadows. Looking at the container I knew one of the colors wasn't right. This is what you have to go through to return....you need approximately 6 pictures of the item, your email of purchase, the original "polymailer" it was sent in, the inside shipping label, return it by Registered mail, a copy of the delivery note and the reason for return. Any postage costs will be at your own expense. I have approximately 7 emails and photos going back and forth. Save yourself the trouble and purchase from Sephora, Nordstrom or Ulta. Terrible experience. I will be selling this on macari and will take this as a learning experience and tell as many of my friends as possible

What went wrong? is what I'd like to…

What went wrong is what I'd like to know. Over the last 20years I've had great service from Strawberry. However last year I began getting cancelled orders and my last one a week or so ago again said there was no money paid when I know that was not the reality. So another order lost for you. I'm very upset and disappointed must say.

Too long to wait!

Took my money instantly (understandably) but 6 days later my order was dispatched, this is too long. I use Strawberrynet for easy convenience but I could have done my shop locally in a lot less time
