The product never arrived and their website has been down for ages, looks like a scam

I bought one the kittens for my husband who has dementia, I was hoping it would help calm him but sadly it’s just rubbish, apparently it breathes but you can hardly feel anything and you certainly can’t see the chest moving,
Waste of money, my husband is not interested in it at all,
Save yr money and don’t get one

The product is very good
The Company put me on repeat monthly buying the product which I wasn't ask for that ..but it is OK for a while to receive more of the organic balm !
God for improving sex life,❤️

The customer service staff were superb and extremely helpful when I contacted them with an enquiry.

To be honest this Company know where is the problem .
Returns/ Refunds don’t exist.
If you think you can buy something from then , make sure you never have a money back if you try to refund/ return.
Very selfish way of business, usually customers they are first ( but for them ).
Don’t recommend . Never buy anything from them

I had an issue with the product being faulty. I contacted Fiona via email and on the same day she organised a replacement, gave me a tracking number and a delivery date.

I ordered and item from Stressnomore and following non receipt of the item it has caused me a lot of stress!. I would certainly not recommend this company at all. Ok the item was only £18.99, however after two emails to them, there has been no notification back to me and you cannot contact them by phone. Disgusting Customer Service. On the website it ask you to contact them through the website which i did and still no reply. BE VERY CAREFUL USING THIS COMPANY

I MADE A PURCHASE....I CONTACTED ON THE SAME DAY TO RETURN AND REQUEST A REFUND AND IM NOW BEING IGNORED!!

This is clearly an unscrupulous site so you will not get your money back if product is unsuitable
I have emailed several times only to be ignored.
I will be contacting the consumer ombudsman ...my bank and citizens advice to recoup my money....

I CONTACTED MY BANK IMMEDIATELY, WHO WERE EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND HAVE NOW OBTAINED A REFUND FOR ME....THEY ALSO REMOVED MY CARD DETAILS FROM THE SITE, WHICH HAD BEEN KEPT BY STRESS NO MORE, SO VERY THANKFUL TO MY BANK FOR BOTH HIGHLIGHTING THIS AND TAKING THE NECESSARY ACTION.
IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO GET A REFUND FROM THIS COMPANY....CONTACT YOUR BANK AND THEY WILL DO THIS ON YOUR BEHALF.

Paid for 24 hour delivery Wednesday afternoon it's now Saturday and product still hasn't arrived. Contacted via email and their response was to blame royal mail. This is not good enough you can't contact them by phone avoid this company. As they will take your money and not provide me service you paid for.

I've have contacted you on several occasions asking to return heart and oxygen monitor with absolutely no response, avoid at all costs not even a number to call customer services

My original order was received damaged in transit, and my initial complaint to stress no more wasn’t dealt with at all by the customer service agent.
I was fortunate that my follow up was handled by Fiona, who I have to say was excellent arranging for a replacement order to be shipped promptly without any further investigation. On that basis I would order again from this company so well done to Fiona because I would not have been a repeat customer.

All good and very smooth process.

I asked to change an order still got the wrong order I then said I either wanted a refund or exchange as the product burned me and I didn’t get a response or anything
