Really good cream for my lichen sclerosus. Keeps everything comfortable and best cream I have found and lasts ages as don't need much at all. .

Pleased with service

Started taking the sensitive bladder capsules & after a couple of months have definitely seen an improvement, so all good & always posted quickly.

Never heard of this company before found it when looking online for pillows for neck and shoulder pain so happy I decided to have a look found the pillow straight away also all information related to item good price very quick delivery and was so easy to order company kept me informed about my item and delivery would highly recommend this company and also my comfortable pillow

I have not received the product that paid for because the vendor populated the delivery address with an incorrect address from 5 years ago in spite of having sold and delivered the same product to the CORRECT address (same as the billing address).
The customer support person accepted no responsibility and was curt, in the extreme.
I have NEVER used different billing and delivery addresses with ANY inline purchases
Gmail consider correspondence from this customer support dept. as Spam, and their attachments as an attempt at PHISHING!
I have drawn my own conclusions!

Ideal for me, I got the cream to reduce body hair ....issue I've had since 13! Especially on my face it's early days... But it smells nice and is light on my skin, time will tell how effective

Excellent product. Packaging is excellent and directions and tips are very clear. Everything is as advertised. Highly recommend.

All aspects of the customer service were excellent, the returns process was easy, and communication was quick and helpful.

The shorts seem to be helping as I use them to feel more supported when doing physical work (lifting, kneeling). I was inbetween sizes and sized up rather than down-the smaller size was way too tight and the larger was comfortable but still felt supportive.

Shocking customer service It seems like they are using generic responses to my concerns about their product. I had a specific issue, but their response was about the general issues that other customers are getting with the same product. The issue could have been solved if they were able to address the problem on point.

The product arrived damaged, and despite multiple attempts to contact customer service, I have yet to receive any response. I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and support

I love their products, but my order arrived with one open and empty bottle, which spilled out into the entire shipment. That happens, but the company has not replied to any of my messages telling them about this and asking what we can do. I paid for the product, the shipping, and customs. I need better customer service that to have my communication ignored.

I have emailed about a return and haven't received any further word from stress no more
