i literally never write trust pilot reviews but this company is compelling me to let you know how great it is. i always get my parcels either the day after ordering or the day after that AND they're always such good quality ! i've now bought around 7 different things from them and there's nothing i don't like. i'm extremely sensitive to impure jewellery but all their stuff is high quality and it appears a lot of it is hypoallergenic. after i got blowout on one of my ears from the first time i tried stretching (never EVER go to amazon trust me) i bought their glass plug stretching kit and followed their advice on the website. not only has my ear healed, but it only took around 2 months for it to be fine, which is crazy considering it was extremely painful and swollen and now just stretched like a normal ear. to cut a long story short, they have a lifelong customer in me and i literally made an order before doing this review so im gonna wait for that to arrive :)

Excellent company I had them contact me of their own volition to check about the last remaining pair of abalone wood plugs I had purchased as they were slightly unmatched in design, they wanted to check I still wanted them before sending, once they came when I cleaned them they became damaged where the inlay wasn’t great and I contacted them and they sorted it out super quickly and let me chose another pair of whichever design I wanted which came in at a slightly higher price without an quibbles.

Recently I had a plug split in half in my ear that I'd only purchased a couple of months ago. I have others of the same type that I've had for years that are still perfect so I was confident that it was a one off. I rang them and the gentleman I spoke to was fabulous! I explained, sent photos, and he expidited out to me a replacement that arrived next day! (I was actually surprised to receive 2 of the plugs, which was lovely but not necessary). That level of customer service is just on another level in this day and age.

I would obviously recommend them 100%, will continue to purchase from them, and wish the company all the best.

I bought spreaders from this seller from eBay and I never received my order (sent without a tracking number by the way), to run away! They are scammers

I buy ear tunnels and stuff from stretch it and they offer really cool interesting designs at much better prices than competitors. The quality is good and orders are fulfilled quick.

Update*
After posting this review, I received an email from the company. They have informed me that there should definitely have been a measuring card included, but it seems my order was missed. They were helpful, and offered to replace the potentially faulty tunnel as well. Updating my review to accommodate for the quick, and helpful support, but will be leaving it up for others who may have similar issues.

Arrived fairly quickly, but they are not labelled! Advertised as labelled, and that there would be a size card for comparison but that was also not included. Overall was a frustrating experience to sort through them and work out what size was what. One tunnel in particular is not sized properly compared to its pair, and noticeably so. You can see the thickness difference with just your eyes, and makes me question how accurate the sizing is to begin with.
Disappointed with the order, given the false claims.

Super super fast delivery. Ear tunnel is made incredibly well with decent quality materials. Item arrived securely packaged and in a heat sealed sterile bag, with a tunnel gauge guide. Will definitely be ordering from here again 15/10

A couple of months ago, I purchased the titanium stretching kit from 1-10mm, and I received the package quite quickly! The set came with medical-grade O rings as well, which I didn't expect.

Just today, I accidentally ordered the wrong set, and it was already set out to ship. However, Brittany went the extra mile and made sure to cancel my order. The refund is also in progress!
