Fantastic customer service. They realised I’d ordered too many drawers for under my bed and contacted me to check and then refunded quickly. Bed solid and easy to construct. It always feels a gamble buying something from a smaller company you’ve not used before but we’ve had a very good experience with these guys.

Small double bed was good for the money, i liked that the bed position is high with deep under-bed storage potential. Comms were good, albeit we did have to wait a while for delivery.

Bed is sturdy,british made,and it wasn't that expensive. Would recommend

Apart from 1 member of staff I found the rest to be very rude and unhelpful when it came to me enquiring about delivery.
The main reason for the 1 star is I was led to believe this would be a sturdy bed. I employed our usual handyman to assemble the bed but he had to cut the middle sections down as they were longer than the corner sections so the bed was out of balance. Now the bed is buckling and my husband is having to put extra supports in the middle to strengthen it. My son only weighs 10 stone so goodness knows what would happen if he had weighed more.
Just a very unsatisfactory experience all round.

Bed is excellent quality, very sturdy.
Delivery was quick and the customer service excellent. Would highly recommend.

This company is an absolute joke ., got a damaged bed rough parts on it scratched my sons hand .,and Iv asked for some more paint to sand and re paint some of the panels ., so the send me a 100 ml paint pot🤯this is a bunk bed so we have asking for at least 500 ml to be sent ., then they message me to say they can’t send any more paint out .? Saying it’s a natural we don’t need to sand! Totally arrogant and a total waste of money as now leaft with bad quality bed won’t even send paint out

Great service from start to finish, a minor issue with a few bolts not being the ones needed but resolved promptly and easily through contacting the company. Very pleased.

I'm writing a review because I've been so impressed with the happy to help attitude. Really refreshing! I needed parts for existing bed (not the first one I've ordered either) and they made it really easy and quick to sort this out. A very good company to deal with.

zero issues well made beds

I dont normally write reviews, this one is purely about the customer service as I havent opened the item yet.
They delivered the bed a week early without any warning, the only warning i got was between 1am and 6am in the morning and it was delivered at 9am which is ridiculous. Amazon tracking still said it was coming a week later the ENTIRE TIME. I went to customer service about this and they were rude and dismissive about it, saying I got sent an email and message about it WHICH I DID NOT! And then decided to stop emailing me when i told them I clearly didnt get any notification about change in delivery and they couldnt be arsed trying to resolve the issue.
In general, They werent clear about delivery, so if you buy from here be warned about that and that it can turn up on your doorstep without you expecting it.

We purchased new bed over the weekend. I closed the browser expecting a order confirmation to be mailed to me. Almost 36 hours later still nothing not even a single email. I reached out strictly beds via email as it made us panic that we did something wrong.

A few hours later we finally received the order confirmation emails with a response from their support that read:

Hi,

Please check your emails again,. We have been notified of an issue with email accounts such as hotmail and gmail spamming or deleting our emailing.

This has now been revolved with new emails being sent out"

The entire tone of the email is poor. No apology basically just blaming clients for having Gmail or hotmail 😳(note to Strictly: if both Google and microsoft are blocking your mail the problem most likely on your side not clients email!!😂) I won't be doing business with them in future again and it's down to simple email etiquette.

Being polite to customers and apologising doesn't cost anything. And if they knew about the issue why not notify customers via phone or banner on website!

Absolutely delighted with our bunk bed. The quality is far superior to other bunks we’ve bought in the past—extremely sturdy, beautifully finished and completely safe with no sharp edges. It did take hours to put it together, but it’s clearly built to last. We also loved having multiple size options to perfectly fit our space and needs. A fantastic product at a great price and a real bonus that it’s made in the UK

I've had three beds from here over the last year
Fast realisable delivery service. Great quality beds. Nice and sturdy. I took them uncoloured and pannier them as I wanted.
Would I but again? Yes of course.

The bunk bed ladder was well made and just as described. It arrived quickly with good instructions to assemble. I would use this company again!

By far one of the rudest companies I’ve ever dealt with. The “live chat” did not work, telephone number automated so could only email. The responses were so rude, I asked to deal with someone else as I was made to feel like an inconvenience and I was told there was no one else! It became clear the original assembly instructions were inadequate leading to a broken part on my bed, I was happy to pay for the piece but so unhappy with the tone of the emails, if I wasn’t already committed by having one of the beds I would not have given this company another penny. The replacement part is not the correct colour so doesn’t match the rest of the bed but I’ve lost the will to live with it. I would not recommend at all.

Great bed, arrived quickly, instructions easy to follow, really solid bed made from solid wood, very happy with it. Ordered a second so we have one each for both children, gives loads of space to play under.

Second bed we bought, really solid bunk bed, comfortable mattress and friendly efficient delivery service who turned up exactly when they said they would. Takes a while to assemble these beds but instructions are clear and I enjoy that kind of stuff. If you are not very handy might be good to get someone to put it together for you.

Ordered a kids bunk bed (Courtland 3ft Single LOW) and it was top quality, easy to assemble, and could fit our deep mattresses for the kids. Really happy with the company and the product. Also feels good to support a UK business.
