I haven’t received our item, however, there should always be able to communicate by phones, this essential for any on line e-commerce providing a delivery service.

Was very helpful all through ordering and delivery. And were very happy with the loft beds we bought. Nice and robust. The instructions were easy enough for my son to put up on his own.

We wanted bunk beds to accommodate our normal sized deep mattresses with enough additional head space on the bottom bunk. These worked out great and are very sturdy! Easy to build!

I spent a few days shopping around on-line. My requirements were for bunk beds, suitable for children & adults alike. I really wanted them to be sturdy.

I saw the advert for Strictly Beds & Bunks on-line, and decided to purchase their Cypress Heavy Duty 3ft bunks.

I completed the order on-line, and to my surprise, they were delivered 3 days later!!

I arranged for a local tradesman to assemble them and this was completed today.

I have to say that the bunks were delivered complete with no shortages or any damage. My handyman completed the assembly in around 3 hours.

Whilst they haven’t been slept on yet, I am very impressed with the quality and finish, and yes, they seem very sturdy!!

If you are considering making a furnature purchase I am happy to recommend them. They do what they say and are a pleasure to do business with.

Ordered the Memphis Loft Bunk Bed, 4ft 6 Double.

The quality is superb. The fixings are of great quality. The kids love it.

The description states it can take an adults weight. I was very hesitant to test it when adding the mattress and cover to it. Safe to say it can take 17 stones crawling on it.

Superb service from the company, too. Quick responses to queries.

Do yourself a favour, and order from a quality UK company.

Great value product and service. Bought two Molly mid-sleepers. Being solid pine I could trim the legs down easily to get the height just right for an awkward room.

Bought a cabin bed. Website easy to use. Bed was delivered within a good time frame. Bed is very well made. Frame was thicker than other cabin beds we have purchased. No problems building the bed.
Overall great experience.

Great sturdy bunk bed, was one of the only places i could find a short low bunk bed it has made my boys bedroom look a lot bigger.

Got a Celeste 4ft 6 Double Loft Bunk Bed recently, very satisfied with the quality of the wood. Had been sleeping on the bed for a week now and it feels safe and sturdy. The instruction guide is easy to follow, tho it did take some time and work to build the bed -- but we had GREAT FUN! Yes there might be some rough ends but to be honest it's really easy to sand them off with sandpapers.

Issue with address/delivery service, but otherwise great. High quality product.

I bought 2 bunkbeds for adults from Strictly Beds and Bunks. Very pleased with the price and quality. Very sturdy beds and have been used daily for over 2 years without a problem. Recently bought a small single and quality, price and customer service have remained worthy of 5 stars. I would definitely buy again from here.

Bought a bed just a few months ago and it had a fault in the centre stand which holds up the centre support beam. This caused the side panel to rip off. I brought in a handyman to see if it could be fixed and he told me what parts to get. I was told that i would only receive one of the parts as a "goodwill gesture" which left a very bitter taste after it was their fault which caused this. I have been told if i want anymore parts which they will not send out to me, i have to buy them. AVOID THIS COMPANY

Poor quality loft bed, rough and splintered all round, paint quality was mediocre, there were several screws missing and to top it all off, the bed is very unstable even after securing to the wall. I'll be surprised if it lasts 6 months. No response to my email, 8 working days and counting. I can't beilieve some of the reviews on here, they can't be real.

Ordered a Single "Samson" Pine Bed. Arrived on time and well packaged. Driver very helpful. Product well made and durable with assembly instructions easy to follow. A good British made product.
