3rd Gen AirPods
Got a pair of 3rd Gen AirPods in Feb 2024, this was back when Laybuy was still around (just). They arrived quickly although slightly delayed but courier issue NOT supplier, however the supplier gave me used AirPods for the price of brand new unopened bearing in mind it never said they were used when buying (nor did they say brand new boxed either) but you’d think they were when buying from a company. They were in someone else’s name when pairing to my phone and had warranty left for about 8/9 months so had been set up months prior by someone else. Apart from my OCD going nuts and having to sanitise the AirPods to within an inch of their life they worked great! Just wish the item was marked refurbished so customers know what they’re actually getting

In response to the response from stronics. The drive never arrived.. it's been a month. you gave me back my payment after I complained through PayPal. No response to my emails before the complaint. But no drive ever arrived, so hardly compensation. If it ever arrives I'll send you the payment back.

Amazing customer service, very helpful and friendly!! I made an order for some headphones as a Christmas present and they contacted me regarding sending a different colour as those ones might not arrive in time. Great customer service. I ordered an item and they didn't have the colour I wanted in stock. Within hours of me ordering they called me to ask if I wanted a different colour. The item arrived the next day. Then I had a question about it and used their chat. They answered immediately and were very helpful.

Some how this company is able to except payment via layby. This makes it appear legit.

I have placed an order of headphones…! I haven't been given my tracking till 10 days that's the reason for the 4 star. I was frustrated due to that seems like a scam. After 19 days i got it while 4 days back only i got the shipping info. Thx anyway.
