A Family Extension - So happy!
I have a four-bedroom Georgian refurbishment in Surrey. As always in construction, the work was very fast-moving and with the alterations coming at us thick and fast, due to unforeseen circumstances we needed someone on out site! Luckily, I found Structural Engineering Ltd and I spoke to Chis Preston. He was great and came to site to discuss the works later the same day.
He provided the calculations we needed the very next day and even managed to organise labour to carry out the installation of the steels within three days of that. This was well beyond what I had expected from a last minute call out. Chris' help was hugely appreciated and really did get us out of a tight spot!
It was very clear that they were experienced and knowledgeable, as well as being highly considerate workers - they removed their shoes before entering, used dust and plastic sheeting to cover furniture before work, etc.
I cannot recommend the team at Structural Engineering Ltd enough, they really did go the extra mile for us. I would happily recommend them to both the general public or to contractors within he construction industry.

Have used the guys at Structural Engineering limited for several projects now. These include full drawings for a couple of new build properties, loft extensions, rear extensions which include complicated groundwork’s with both piling specifications and standard concrete footings. They were also able to manage and liaise with the water authorities for the necessary build over permits with zero fuss/drama. Can’t fault them, responsive, good value, knowledgeable, client focused, clear 3D drawings and always professional and articulated. No brainer to consider these guys for any structural/builders drawings you’re in the market for.

Excellent Professional Structural Engineer Architect
I was very concerned when we undertook our large basement excavation project. The excavation was massive putting our entire home at risk. We were recommended to Structural Engineering Ledtd who are Structural Engineers specialising in basements and temporary works design. Structural Engineering Ltd designed & over saw the whole excavation process including all temporary steel structures while small deep sections were dug & concrete cast. Their service was competitively priced, polite and efficient and attended our site whenever their help was needed by the builder. All of there work was designed and drawn by computers and presented clearly and in 3D, this made it very easy for us to understand and read (we are not in the construction industry). The 3D (Revit - I believe) model really helped us to gain confidence in the design and appreciate exactly what was involved.
Thanks again, and hope to work together on the next project – if we decided to do that again!

Kitchen alterations
We had Chris round from Structural Engineering Ltd, we were very impressed with the service and how very helpful and quick to come up with the drawings and calculations they were! We needed to get on with doing our kitchen alterations due to time frames and builders availability, I would completely recommend him to anyone looking to have works building works carried out.

Worked on two projects with the team. Absolutely great! What I like about them is that they really get the job done. A very professional and diligent way of working, and what I have observed over the two years is that they really take seriously their growth and constantly develop using latest technologies and techniques.
