Caroline Clark disgraceful attitude.

We've dealt with Caroline Clark twice over the past year and we are truly disgusted with her manners. Very unprofessional and abrupt, cannot wait to get rid of you!
Do not waste your money doing reference checks with her, she's not open and honest about what the landlord will and will not accept. You will pay for the reference only to discover that there's some reason that you can't be accepted as a tenant.
Her one-liner emails are very impersonal.
She forgets that she's made an appointment for a house viewing and has kept us waiting at a property while she casually drives up without an apology.

The worst customer service ever. Disgusting.

We instructed Gina from Strutt & Parker…

We instructed Gina from Strutt & Parker to sell our apartment. Within 2 weeks the property was sold. Gina then followed up weekly and kept us in the loop with all of the dealings.
She was honest and transparent throughout. We highly recommend Gina Simpson to all sellers who want a seamless process from start to finish.

Very Little Effort Made :-( - Odiham Branch

Poor Customer Service, be careful if you are planning on offering in a competitive market and have indicated such in an email a few hours after viewing as they will make very little effort to contact you urgently. They won't reply to the email. They won't call your landline, they will call a mobile that doesn't connect and leave a message apparently! Doesn't seem much effort either for the fees charged to the vendors either!

Recent house purchase

Without going into details, we were becoming downhearted and depressed about selling our house and buying a new place. Then, by great fortune we came across Strutt and Parker, and Gina Simpson in particular. Gina has what is nowadays the rare quality of inspiring trust, and it’s the lack of trust that makes house buying / selling so hard these days. From the outset Gina has been positive, and calming when our nerves were shredded. Her advice throughout has been invaluable, and she’s been there for us at anytime, without ever making us feel that we were pestering. We can strongly recommend Gina Simpson at Strutt and Parker.

Very Unprofessional

Strutt and Parker Ascot

Having found a property through Strutt and Parker Ascot branch we were told our offer had been accepted and all checks, references and deposit were successful. The landlord wanted us to move in June but we had a holiday booked so agreed to move on the 1st July, we had two properties to move from one of which didn’t have much furniture, we asked if we could pay to move some furniture in one of the garages before the official moving date which the landlord agreed and we paid £1000 straight into his bank account. All the arrangements were made through the negotiator Caroline at Strutt and Parker Ascot office, after everything had been agreed documents signed and finance completed we continued to pack one of our properties on the day agreed for us to store the furniture in the garage, we had arranged for Caroline to meet us at the property at 1 o’clock to unload, at 12.45 Caroline called us to announce that the landlord had pulled out of the agreement and had decided not to rent his property to us, we were devastated and had to find storage for our furniture at very short notice and all our plans and arrangements had been ruined. What l thought was strange was Caroline had no empathy she was very matter of fact about it all and didn’t really care we found her very rude and unsympathetic. We have also noticed after a few weeks she has put the property back on the market, I can’t believe after the way we have been treated Strutt and Parker would even consider to do business with this landlord again. Unbelievable!!!!!!

Excellent throughout

Our whole experience of working with Fiona and the team at this office was fantastic. We bought our house through Strutt & Parker in Salisbury. The most impressive part was the excellent communication throughout. Our purchase was handled excellently from start to finish and Fiona was a pleasure to work with. Thank you S&P.

We nearly went with Purple Bricks!

We nearly went with Purple Bricks to save us some money, what a mistake that would have been!!
Not only was the entire process stress free, with Victoria and team always on hand to answer (unlike horror stories I've heard from other well known firms!), it's fair to say the expertise from Strutt Parker made up for the financial saving AND SOME tenfold, due to being able to market our property personally, to a tailored audience of ready to buy clientele who gained more on our sale price than any basic Rightmove listing could ever acheive.

Incredibly Professional Agency

Janet, our agent, was incredible. She was professional, responsive and we felt she gave us and our property the full attention we would expect of Strutt and Parker.
I could not recommend this estate agency highly enough to anyone looking to sell in North Yorkshire area.

A first class service delivered from the Gerrards Cross team! From initial viewings (with John Roberts) through to completion (Anna Mincham) the journey was seamless and efficient. I was particularly impressed by the office responsiveness and willingness to accommodate. No hesitation in recommending this professionalism in service.

It takes one to know a good one.

As a former FRICS I knew of Strutt & Parker's presence in the market and am glad that I chose them for their effective handling from the initial instruction, through marketing and close, personal involvement at critical points in the sale, keeping it on track and bringing to a very satisfactory conclusion.

Salisbury Office

The team in Salisbury were so supportive through what was a difficult experience for me after 30 years in my previous home. They went over and above what I could have expected in terms of emotional support but were also extremely professional and thorough in ensuring the best deal. Their communication and advice was excellent throughout the process and all members of the team were engaged and involved. I couldn't have asked for more.

Buying and Selling through Strutt and Parker

We were in the fortunate position of selling our house through Strutt and Parker in Winchester and buying through Strutt and Parker in Salisbury. Which allowed for fantastic communication through a time that could have been difficult. Fiona in the Salisbury office was fantastic and managed to balance the need of the vendors along with our needs to buy the house. She was bright, friendly and helpful at all times. Patrick in the Winchester office, along with the rest of his team, worked above and beyond to get our house moving through these strange Covid times. It was always good to see a member of the team for the viewings. I can’t not rate our experience with Strutt and Parker highly enough.
