Placed order 2 weeks ago and got notification of delivery 2 days later. Parcel not delivered and emailed for an update, was told DPD looking into it
still no parcel and refund requested but again was told to wait now not getting any replies on email and just want my refund for something i haven't even received.

Excellent customer service. An item received had a minor fault but customer support agreed to get the replacement shipped out on an extra quick Saturday delivery so I could have in time for a trip. Great products and discounts. I've ordered a couple of time previously and on both times order was received extremely quickly.

What a great website! Got a pjs gilet for £100!! At flannels and Tessuti it is 260. It also had free next day delivery. I honestly don’t know why people are rating it so low!! Maybe they have improved a lot since then but from my experience this is a great store and I will buy again!

I got the Astorflex Ettoflex shoes. Perfect and as described.

Ordered fine , delivered quickly, items didn’t fit and i was not offered the option to return for a different size by the customer service manager only a curt use a courier of you choice , so have just returned both items and won’t repeat the same mistake of choosing stuart’s of London again. I would of given zero if possible

Ordered some Edwin Selvedge Jeans at a great price,shipped next working day and arrived before lunch the next day.

Don’t quite get all the negative reviews?
I’ve ordered superb jeans, Naked and Famous, Edwins etc as have family and friends over the last few years.
Excellent quality products (actually made in Canada/USA, not China).
And next day delivery.
What’s not to like !!!

Placed an order on Thursday morning for next day delivery on Friday. When I checked the tracking on Friday it showed the parcel being delivered to the other end of the country! Phoned their customer services who looked in to it, were very apologetic and said they would sort it and call me back. 20 minutes later they’d called back and reprocessed my order which arrived early the next day.

Things go wrong sometimes but this was really excellent customer service to sort it out.

I wish I could’ve given 0, unfortunately not possible. So just wanna give you heads up, don’t buy anything off this site. I ordered one shirt when I received it, I realized it was fake as quality was trash then I requested for return and these people charged me $72 for returning the order. FAKE STUFF 👎🏽

Bought from Stuarts in the past and they have always been fine to deal with, on this occasion I had to return the T Shirts due to sizing - refund quickly sorted with no issues.

I purchased a pair of Danner boots in the sale from Stuarts London. Unfortunately the boots were faulty, but I didn’t realise until after 7 months.

Stuarts agreed the boots were faulty and offered a credit note. They were not able to replace and would not refund in cash. I believe this is a Trading Standards issue and I was very unhappy with the offer. I wanted a pair of Danner boots, not a credit note. I would not buy from Stuarts London again.

Fortunately I contacted the manufacturer Danner in the USA and they couldn’t be better to deal with. They shipped brand new replacement boots to the UK. The support from Danner was fantastic.

Bought 260euros worth of stuff, paid via card, cart was clearly eligible for worldwide free shipping, got my confirmation mail, got my legal receipt. The next day they texted they needed 20 more euros to ship my package. Refund requested. Scam attempt avoided.
Guess they don't like my money. Byeeeee

Just based on the number of negative reviews, I'll never buy anything from Stuarts London .. seems far to risky, no matter how competitive they might be on pricing.

I am surprised that these guys have a few bad reviews because I couldn’t say anything bad about the way they dealt with me, I wasn’t even a customer of theirs at the point of contact and I was actually being cheeky and asking for the world of them and they were so helpful and welcoming to my requests that they sorted me out within a couple of emails so I placed an order and within in an hour they had it delivered to store and I collected it. What more can I ask for. The store is great, no one rushing you and they know their mens fashion, nothing bad to say from me, I look forward to going back.

Absolutely horrible service. Sent the item back and there was no one to receive it only for the shoes to come back to me. Now they are telling me they can only give me credit if I pay and try and return the shoes to them. Avoid at all costs. Going to dispute this transaction with the bank.

Ordered a pair of RM Williams boots which arrived in the USA, as described, and on my feet within 72 hours. Wonderful shopping experience, seamless transaction, good selection and competitive pricing, and appreciate being able to shop in US dollars (i.e., no currency conversion or other fees, etc.). I would not hesitate to buy from again; highly recommended.

Worst customer experience and service I've had in years, can NOT recommend!
I wish this was only about the non-sufficient or customer-unfriendly information concerning taxes or customs.
A pair of jeans stretched way more than usual after first washing - and I can say this with total confidence, because there was another pair of jeans from the same delivery, same size and same model with it in the washing mashine. While one pair stretched a little as expected, the other pair stretched three times as much and are now "baggy pants". Customer service blames it on the washing, altho the other pair was washed simultaneously and did not lo(o)se fit.
I am now left with high-price product I cannot use and a customer service that is unable or unwilling to take responsibility.
Literally worst customer service experience in the last couple of years.
