Avoid at all costs
Absolute joke of a company, waited a month my order did not arrive, sent multiple messages to customer service and they NEVER reply! Had to get my bank to step in and do a chargeback. Avoid them at all costs.

Took weeks to arrive, every time I checked tracking it said it was awaiting to be fulfilled. Contact finally made and got the products, which were in good condition, just need to sort out their delivery and comms

I ordered something on the 28/02/23 and I still have not received it. When I asked for an update I was told its still waiting for despatch.. Then when I asked for a cancellation and refund, they said it was already despatched. They failed to give me a tracking order and now ignoring me. Shocking service.

I would stay as far away from this online shop as possible. I am reporting to the trading standards to warn other shoppers so they don’t get robbed either. Absolute shocking!!

I CHECKED PAYPAL AND YES THERE WAS THE REFUND... TODAY I NO GET AN E MAIL FROM PAYPAL TO TELL ME THAT HE HAS STOPPED THE PAYMENT.... I WIL NOW CALL HIS LOCAL POLICE AND LET THEM DEAL WITH THIS CHRISTMAS SCAMMER...... HE ANSWERS HIS PHONE AS A SECURITY COMPANY AND THEN SAYS "I AM JUST OUT OF THE CAR I WILL CALL YOU BACK IN 5 MIN" HE THEN BLOCKS YOUR NUMBER.... SCAMMER AND A DISGRACE TO HUMANITY...
Update : I spoke to Paypal and they told me that you had cancelled the E cheque. Only the issuer could do that. I am still waiting for the proof of posting or tracking number that you have failed to provide !
The refund was issued to me by Paypal. All I have had from you is what a great business you have but have a look at your reviews here.. Doesn't look so great.. You kept fobbing me off with postal strikes etc.. funny thing is that you still cant send me the proof of posting so stop trying to blame postal strikes..
Update 31/12/2022.. Well still no sign of item that was supposedly posted IN NOVEMBER !!!!! Still NO SIGN of the proof of postage !!!!!! Only refunded after I opened a dispute with Paypal !!!!!!

Your item was sadly clearly lost in the post so we issued you a refund, I understand you were upset as the refund didn’t go through correctly which we apologise for but you have now received your refund, you have your money back and we consider this matter to be closed.
Hi Gordon, I don’t know why you keep posting lies, I have done everything I can to help you. I issued you a refund on the 17th December and for some reason PayPal cancelled it. I do not have the ability to cancel a refund so I have today re issued the refund as soon as I had the email to say it failed. You say PayPal told you I cancelled the refund but then you’ve just sent me the communication you had from PayPal which I will copy and paste:

at no point does the above say I cancelled the refund. It just says it failed. I have no idea why it failed but I’ve instantly sent it again.
Yes you called me and I said I’m driving I’ll look into it and call you back. I then called and you didn’t answer, I then missed your call and called you back within 10 minutes of missing it, you didn’t answer again. You then left a bad review calling me a scammer so I tried ringing again and left a voicemail and sent a couple of text messages all of which you’ve ignored. We have not blocked your number at all. I’m sorry you’ve not received your item but I don’t feel you have acted fairly with us when we are a small family business and have tried to rectify it by refunding you. We would never scam money from anyone and have had no communication from police but we have nothing hide and welcome any investigation as we are a genuine company that have been affected by the recent postal strikes sadly.
Please let me know what we could possibly do to help you further, if we were a scammer we wouldn’t refund you

Never received the item I ordered, and had very little communication. I sent 3 emails the only reply I got was that they were looking in to it, I tried ringing, no answer, and the online chat did not work. Finally got a refund via PayPal.
