Great Customer Service

I love my Stubble & Co backpack and use it daily. I had an issue with a buckle, which broke twice. In the first instance, Stubble & Co quickly arranged for a courier service to fix the buckle. In the second instance, the Stubble & Co team offered a replacement due to repeat issue. As my backpack model was discontinued, the team provided me with a similar product, quickly dispatching a roll-top bag as a replacement. Throughout the experience, the responses were quick, courteous, and thoughtful. Stubble & Co not only makes great products, but also cares about the customer experience and sustainability. I love the brand and am thankful for the great customer service!

Quality Product & Great Customer Service

Product is well made, fantastic quality. It was really difficult to find a proper 'waterproof' backpack vs just 'water repellent', glad I finally found it with Stubble & Co. Also customer service was quick and helpful. Daphney in particular was great!

The customer service at this company is…

Chris - The customer service at this company is amazing, I recently ordered a bag but it fell into discount the day after, I reached out to them and on the day they responded back quickly and issued me a partial refund in line with the discount. Their product is amazing and so is the team working behind the scenes!

Not a great experience with a return

***Amended since the refund has now been paid - perhaps the negative review expedited this. My experience was not great…after returning an item it took 11 days and several emails to receive the refund after the item had been sent back. The customer service agent asked me to provide a postage receipt despite using the approved return courier and the tracking showing as returned 10 days prior.

Just to clarify, when we asked for proof of postage it was so we could expedite your refund without needing to wait for the return to be processed and checked by our warehouse team. When customers provide a postage receipt, it allows us to confirm the return has been sent and often issue the refund sooner than our standard returns processing timeline.

That said, we completely understand that the delay and back-and-forth wasn’t the experience you were expecting, and we’re really sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Nobody knows what’s happening with my order

Ordered next day delivery on Tuesday. It’s Friday and there’s no sign of it and nobody can tell me what’s happened. Customer service just say it’s out of their hands and with Evri.

Great bags, perfect for Gym and everyday

Great bags, I’ve got two, and these are awesome.

Shipping takes its time (ordered at the end of Christmas, so expected).

Customer service is responsive.

Bags are really functional and work well, sturdy materials and built to last.

Stubble and Co were great - I loved my original bag - XL Holdall, sadly it got damaged as a result of a fault but Stubble and co did not hesitate to offer a replacement. Sadly they not longer do the origianal style of bag but offered me a alternative

Best customer service experience in years!

Stubbie & Co's customer service is second to none. Truly. I swapped the colour of my bag: it was no issue. The straps on the new bag kept slipping: they replaced it, no questions asked, They're friendly, super responsive, and generally very helpful, The product is great too.

Great satisfaction

Great satisfaction with the two products I ordered : wash bag and tech bag.
They both are light, smart designed and seem resistant. Colors and materials are qualitative. If it’s the case in the long RUN I may consider buying some luggage later.

Poor customer service for failed backpack

I was given the roll top 20l backpack for Christmas ‘23, and having used it moderately for 3 days commuting to the office, the laptop compartment zip failed in Jan 26 - so effectively 25 months after purchase.

Stubble and co will not repair the item as it is outside the 2 year warranty - frankly I find it pretty appalling that a £120 back pack cannot last two years of easy use, and that the company will not repair it.. saying only that they will give a 30% discount of a new bag.

They have turned a former product advocate into a vocal critic of the product and the brand, and I would advise others to spend their money on other brands with better service (and better product lifespans)
