I really enjoyed my tickets and was pleased with the reasonable purchase. I had no problems with receiving my tickets. Everything was a smooth transition. However, I was not able to utilize my parking Pass. I would like a refund please. I had to pay $55 for parking in a parking lot, due to the parking Pass not having a lot number and/or the ramp name and sections. When I transferred the pass to my mobile phone, it only had my license plate and nothing else for verification.

Worst concert site to exist. I bought tickets. They didn’t work. Talked to three agents who couldn’t help me at all. We had to buy all new tickets on Ticketmaster while standing in line. I was then promised a refund on my StubHub tickets…a week goes by with nothing. I contact them and they say I can’t get a refund because I never provided a screenshot of the issue. Not once was I ever asked for a screenshot of the issue. Was more of a scam to not have to give me my money back. Secondly, the general admission parking pass we bought was not a real parking place. They sold us parking to a private apartment parking garage so we got towed. Thanks StubHub, we lost $500 over you in one day. Joke of a company. The agent also closed the chat on me when I tried to call out their complete scam.

Purchased a ticket with no problems, for a great seat.

My experience was good overall. The only thing I didn't really care for was not immediately getting my electronic tickets and not having any idea WHEN I would receive them. It was very unsettling, especially since I was traveling to another state to see the show. That said, everything went smoothly.

Listed and uploaded the tickets, very easy to do. Sale went great and payment was timely, although a week till getting paid is a little excessive! $$$

I was skeptical about my ticket purchased in the fall for summer World Cup game, and I heard stories of people unable to attend the matches, so got worried. But few days before the game, I got the instructions on how to claim ticket, and qr code was showing 3h before the start time, so I am VERY HAPPY with the StubHub!

The prices here were less than Ticket Master and were better seats! Confidence in buying as you are protected by Stub Hub. Tickets were easy to scan from my phone at the Venue.

Purchased FIFA tickets through this website and had an amazing World Cup match experience. It was great that the website kept tracking the order until the tickets were successfully delivered.

Purchased a parking pass for Ed Sheeran and when we found the lot the parking attendant told us it wasn’t any good. Made us leave. Ended up having to pay $50 to park in another lot. StubHub sucks!
