I was a bit skeptical ordering FIFA World Cup tickets from StubHub just because of all the press going on about people not receiving the tickets they had ordered. I have always used StubHub to purchase tickets and have never had an issues. This time around I am glad to say StubHub came through not for only one world cup match, but two. The process was easy and gave my family and myself the opportunity to experience FIFA magic.

The process and ticket price was a match for me and easy enough.
Transaction wasn't difficult and the security of a valid digital ticket seemed good. I liked my seat location with a great view of the match and stadium!

The tickets price was VERY expensive (BTS resale options were scarce!), but the page turned out to be very trustworthy and everything went very smooth.

It was hot as balls in the stadium. No air movement at all. I will not be watching the Dolphins there.

All good but good to know when the iPhone tickets would be available as there were 3 different times that they would be available

The show and venue (and all staff members!) were great. The only problem I had was the parking lot that popped up after I bought my theatre tixs turned out to be too far away and had NO parking spaces available that were not reserved🥵 had to get an uber from 16 Saratoga garage (😩) and find (and pay again!) another parking place ! Park who’s needs to reimburse me

I bought tickets through StubHub for BTS, since I lost the ticket war on Ticketmaster lol. I made the payment, and I’ll be honest, I was a little concerned at first about possibly only receiving my tickets the day of the concert since I had to fly to another country. Thankfully though, I got them about a week or two before that and I was super relieved. I had an email to accept the ticket transfer to Ticketmaster and it was super easy and smooth. Tickets are legit. Thank you so much, I got to see my favorite group 🫶

The parking is about 25 min walking to the stadium, I take my wife to the game and was horrible walking at 12 pm 25 min on the sun and very hilly

As a long-time StubHub customer, this experience completely changed my opinion of the company.

I purchased four Ultimate VIP tickets for the Bad Bunny concert in Paris for myself, a friend and my two 13-year-old children. The tickets included reserved seats (Section 203) and the Ultimate VIP package, which was a major reason we chose these tickets and paid a premium price. Including StubHub’s fees, I spent more than $3,000 on these tickets because I wanted my family to have a once-in-a-lifetime Ultimate VIP experience.

Just days before the concert, StubHub informed me that the seller could not fulfill the order and “upgraded” us to Fosse Or. This was not an upgrade. The replacement changed our tickets from reserved seating to standing-room-only, did not include the Ultimate VIP package that we had purchased, and the replacement tickets was restricted to guests aged 16 and over, making them unusable for my children. Even if they could use them, they would not be able to see anything with their height.

I spent 1 hour and 40 minutes on chat with two different customer service agents, followed by another 30 minutes on the phone with a supervisor—more than two hours that I should have been spending with my children while on our family vacation in Greece. During those conversations, StubHub confirmed they could not provide the Ultimate VIP experience that I had purchased and were unable to offer comparable Ultimate VIP reserved seats. Their final decision was simply to cancel the order and issue a refund.

A refund is not an adequate remedy. We planned an international family trip around this concert and had already purchased flights to Paris and booked a hotel. By the time StubHub canceled our order, comparable Ultimate VIP tickets were unavailable.

I have bought and sold tickets through StubHub for years and, until now, have had nothing but positive experiences. That is precisely why this experience was so disappointing. When something goes wrong is when you find out whether a company’s guarantee truly protects its customers.

I wasn’t looking for a refund. I was looking for StubHub to honor its FanProtect Guarantee by getting my family into the concert with comparable Ultimate VIP reserved seats and the Ultimate VIP experience that I purchased. A refund after ticket prices have increased and an international trip has already been planned does not put the customer back in the position they were promised when they purchased through StubHub.

This experience has significantly damaged my confidence in StubHub. I am now seriously considering taking my business elsewhere for future ticket purchases and sales because I no longer have confidence that, if something goes wrong, StubHub will deliver the comparable replacement experience that its FanProtect Guarantee promises.
