Absolutely love StubHub. With so many competitors out there, StubHub had the lowest fees, quickest service, and best experience. Don’t waste your time scouting anywhere else as StubHub always has the lowest prices. We had a phenomenal time at the Phillies game and our seats were epic.

StubHub is the absolute worst. I would never ever use them except for the fact that I have a credit card credit for the service. From sending the wrong tickets and very poorly rectifying the problem, to the most ridiculous, time consuming, so unnecessarily complicated process for actually downloading your tickets, it's a horrible product. Making me install first the tickmaster app, then the Broadway in Atlanta appp, then transferring the tickets between the two. Just totally ridiculous and so time consuming for a download that should be quick and easy. If you're trying to avoid a headach, don't use!.

We received the tickets over a month in advance. We received the parking pass in advance as well. We had no problems with our tickets and had great seats for thw price we paid. Very happy with our experience.

very good but.. i think the taxes and commissions was a litle bit expensive but thanks god the tickets arrived earlier and it was valid!! i hope every time to be like this because i want again to buy but i'm afraid.

Easy to use, no issue with purchasing or using tickets.

I actually had a problem. My tickets wouldn’t transfer. I wouldn’t be giving a good review but when I called customer assistance, someone answered! It took a few days but they kept me informed of their continued efforts and in the end they got me what I paid for and it was great. I’m giving the fifth star because of the humans answering the phones.

Worst experience of all time. Had purchased tickets at 11 AM today for the USA/Bosnia Match in Santa Clara, California. My son and I flew in from Washington state to go to this once in a lifetime experience. We arrived at the stadium three hours before the match to give us plenty of time to take the full experience. We were waiting for our tickets to be transferred and this is where the debacle started.
We had purchased four tickets and only two of them got released. After being on the phone with.Stub Hub about getting the other two released, we were finally sent to collates department. They asked us to return the two tickets so that we could do a separate transaction again to get all four. After we returned the two and asked what the next step was to get the four total, we were then told there are no more tickets available.
My son is devastated. I don’t think I’ve ever seen him this sad in my life. This was a once in a lifetime experience that we had planned and we were so excited for.
Shame on you StubHub. You took an experience away from a family and friends. You should not sell tickets if you can’t get them or ensure that once somebody purchases them, they are now in their possession. You are part of the overall scam that’s going on.
I can tell you that we will never purchase anything from StubHub again and we will spread word to all of our friends when they are looking for tickets. I look forward to finding information on how to join in on the class action lawsuit versus your company.
To make matters worse during our three hour wait outside Levi Stadium. My son ended up getting a sunburn as we were told. We can’t hang out or wait in a certain area. And if you’ve ever been to that stadium, there is no shade.
Absolutely ridiculous and I hope at night you can put your head down feeling good knowing your role in one of the biggest scams and worst business model, I can think of.
Everybody please take your business to seat, geek or other platforms as you probably will get better customer service and maybe even get the tickets that you paid multiple amounts of dollars for. But I guess the price on an experience for my son is worth more than you guys can ever repay.

The app is simple to use. The price for our tickets to the Minnesota Twins game, right behind home plate, was great! Tickets were easy to pull up on the app and scan at the entrance. No problem whatsoever every step of the way.

It was seamless from idea, purchase, delivery and attendance of the event.

I've tried to leave my review but oddly being blocked for my recent Nate Bargatze concert downtown Phoenix at Mortgage center. Bottom line, it was horrible. The parking was 9/10ths of a mile away for 45 buck, seats cramped and small for my 5'11" frame and worst yet, I couldn't hear any of the comedians!!! Total waste of date night with my wife. I know the sound was not just me because she can hear a pindrop half mile away and she couldn't make out the jokes. Again, waste of money for us, approximately $400!!!

I loved the experience and the tickets were a great price but a bit confusing about how to access them on multiple web sites.

The actual event was great , lots of fun and positive energy. The security was easy to navigate and lines moved fast. It was lovely to see that Philledelphia offered free SEPTA from the game.
What was not great was the actual ticketing process, and I am uncertain if this was FIFA or stub hub. The need to create an additional email and password, different from my FIFA account was very confusing as we were not sure if it was a hoax. We had a hard time trying to find clear information, was this a hack, was this real? More clarity and education regarding this topic would have been helpful.

Great concert... really got to see the Eagles Bachman Turner overdrive and the Guess Who.. All the Bands never stopped going.. They made me tired just watching.. Bryan

I resold the tickets, and I had a very positive experience. Despite the challenging process with FIFA, I received excellent assistance from StubHub.

I'm only giving them 1-star because the system doesn't allow 0-stars. Absolutely atrocious experience. No customer support whatsoever. No phone number to call. The only "help" you can rely on is a chatbot with canned responses. Good luck if you need help with tickets that were never delivered. I wonder how platforms like this are still in business. Stay away at all costs.
