Absolutely shocking can't watch a couple of series Grace for example shows the adverts then goes to the start freezes and then reboots my tv. Just giving up on it.😡
A few weeks ago it was reporting i was outwith the Scottish region so couldn't watch a programme. I wish I could watch ITVX instead.

Cbb not uploading latest episodes which is infuriating but they are uploaded on itv x ! The brookside thing is one thing that really could throw me into an actual tantrum, sometimes people want to bing watch, this is a show that's 30 years old. To release 3-5 episodes a week is beyond annoying ! And actually I'm baffled to figure out what is gained from this !? What actually happens is people get fed up and do t watch anymore !! That's actually what you accomplish. People going elsewhere to watch what they want to watch, when something is able to be downloaded,bought on dvd or streamed elsewhere you are actually damaging yourself with limiting episode releases ! Then on top of that ,latest episodes of popular shows are delayed being streamed ,but other platforms manage to stream them ! The app is annoying and actually I'm a sandwich from a picnic ready to delete the entire app because it's so frustrating

Abominably poor performance from this app recently when before it was working well. Amazingly it always loads the ads before the start of programme and in the breaks (wonder why - maybe cash related). Have now no way of seeing last episode of 'Vera' and last series of 'Grace'. Most frustrating !!!

stv app is a pure waste of time,it plays adverts but when programs come on it freezes and remains like that,i know four other people having the same problem one chooses to put the STV app on their iPhone which works ok but what’s the point of that it’s better and would be enjoyable to view on a bigger screen.I decided to delete app altogether.

my dissatisfaction with the recent performance of the stv app streaming service is not good. I’ve encountered repeated issues including buffering, poor video quality, and episodes not loading properly.

Despite having a stable internet connection and using a compatible device, the app fails to deliver a smooth streaming experience. Would not recommend. After a while it does become more stable but not from the get go

Total junk, latest iteration has no simple programme search, doesnt remember where you were on a box set, doesnt have a continue watching option. Its light years behind ITVX IPLAYER etc

possibly go out of business!!! would help everyone|| stv complete waste of every bodys time.

Seriously STV you need to get your live app fixed it’s so annoying when your watching a live program and it just goes off bearing in mind I have the highest speed internet from virgin and the box is in the sitting room I’ve gave up watching it !

I can't get Emmerdale or Coronation Street on stv player,I'm getting them on all other devices but not television ?

Watching a series it will not remember where you are , finding a program on one device and adding to watchlist does not add it into other devices watchlist

I haven't been able to view anything in STV Player now for ages, just the old blue circle going round and round, so now just as bad as ITVX.

Trying to watch Italy v France and can’t find any live tv on stv player. This app is very poor indeed

Waste of time.Buffering,loosing connection.Another gem of Scottish technology.

I have fast broadband and a brand new macbook pro, and yet Stv player will not work properly. Constant buffering, going back to the beginning etc. It's honestly an embarrassment. I just got it working there just now after 20 minutes of reloading only for it to crash when I maximised the screen. Viewers in Scotland deserve better than this.

It drives me mad when it starts buffering and you have to stop what you are watching. The worst part is restarting the programme which goes back to the beginning and you have your go through all the adverts again. Very frustrating if you are watching a series.

Very poor service for Scotland why can't I just watch itv. Stv player doesn't work unless you have super fast broadband.
