Terrible customer service

Once they have your money they don't care. Really terrible customer service. I had to send 30 emails and make 2-dozen calls over the course of 42 days to get a usable product.
The product initially arrived damaged. I notified them immediately, but they did nothing, and were extremely unhelpful. Steer well clear if you want to save yourself trouble.

Naprawdę straszna obsługa klienta. Musiałem wysłać 30 e-maili i wykonać 24 zadzwon w ciągu 42 dni, aby uzyskać użyteczny produkt.
Produkt początkowo przybył uszkodzony. Natychmiast powiadomiłem ich, ale oni nie zrobili nic i byli bardzo nie pomocni. Nie używaj ich, jeśli chcesz oszczędzić sobie kłopotów.
