Firstly they charge a monstrous £9 fee to return items and then, secondly, take 38 days to process the refund and that was after chasing twice on day 29 and 36!!!
To be clear, DHL returned the parcel in 2 days and fortunately I asked them for update emails as Subdued then tried to tell me they had received the parcel 13 days after DHL stated it was delivered.
We won't be buying from Subdued again.

The top and joggers I brought were horrible quality and then when I wanted to return them but then realised it would cost a fortune to return anything in the post and you can’t even return in store so I was not happy with my shopping experience

To this day I have no information about the goods, nor about the receipt of the shipment or the money returned. Your method for returning the goods is extremely complicated and customer-unfriendly, much more complicated than in other e-shops from which I order goods. Made to feel most unwelcome
I visited your Westfield White City shop yesterday, to buy my 12 year old grand daughter an outfit. I am 80 and usually find buying clothes for my grand daughters a pleasing experience. Not at Subdued White City, unfortunately. Whilst grand daughter was in fitting room I had a look around and asked the assistant if the item i was interested in came in a size 12 or 14. I was told very rudely that size 10 was the largest size and that the shop "was really only for young girls". My grand daughter chose a top and skirt and I didn't want to disappoint her by saying she couldn't have them, but I was highly offended by the member of staff. I think she was a manageress, she was dressed in pink and had blonde hair. I was made to feel most unwelcome but she was quite happy to take my money at the pay desk.

my daughters love subdued, the clothes are great and good quality but the delivery time is quite long and online orders can only be returned online and not in store - even for an exchagne in size which is costly.

Great online shopping experience! The ordering process was easy, delivery was fast, and everything arrived exactly as expected. The only downside is that, because the system is fully automated, no changes or modifications can be made once an order has been placed. Other than that, everything was excellent, and I would definitely shop here again.
