Great in store service from staff and very honest and helpful, made the purchase then online when home and everything arrived as seen quickly and efficiently. All in all exactly as I’d hoped.

Staff in the shop were very helpful trying on boots. I went away to think about it and later purchased them online. Delivery arrived quickly a day or so later.

I ordered the wrong size twice but this wasn't a problem for the retailer. They were excellent. It's hard to know if a retailer is any good unless you have a problem that they fixed for you. Subvert did this twice so overall, a great retailer. Friendly and helpful too.

Came into the shop on Friday evening with a problem with my boots – Darren, Brandon and Max couldn't have been more helpful and sorted me out a few days before a trip.

I bought a Gift Token which came beautifully packaged and prompt - that little bit special.

Fantastic shop offering all round great prices and great service, always provides great advice, more than happy to keep buying snowboarding gear from then, wouldn’t go anywhere else!!

Arrived well packaged. Were easy to communicate with and helpful when I rang with a query.

Bought mini servicing kit. Does exactly what it says on the tin. Only thing I would say is the subvert logo came off the scraper on first use but it obviously still does the job.

Delivery arrived quickly and was parcelled up safely so as not to get damaged. As well as my product that i ordered, i was also sent a small packet of sweets and some stickers. It made my day, and was a great thoughtful idea

This store is so helpful, friendly and welcoming.

I started snowboarding and knew absolutely nothing about it and muddled my way through initially alone. This resulted in me seeking help from another well known retailer and being sold a board that was way too big!!

After spending weeks struggling to master a basic turn and feeling ready to take my board to the tip, I popped into Subvert for help. They helped me choose a board suitable for me, set my bindings up properly and showed me how to correctly adjust my boots (I didn't know until that point how complex snowboard boots could be and was treating them like a pair of trainers).

If it wasn't for this store showing me some amazing support I most likely would have given up completely, however I now have a hobby and sport I love and a new shop I love shopping at.

This is THE best place to go to get your snowboard gear in Manchester!
