I made an online purchase and unfortunately my item wasn’t available in the size I requested,. I swiftly received a phone call from the store and they were really helpful and the matter was sorted out within minutes. Great staff, great store.

Great service, price and product

Quality! Spent a solid 90 mins with Matt a couple of weeks ago choosing some boots. As a beginner, I found the hire boots from Chillfactore seriously uncomfortable. I explained where I was with my progress and what I was after and was treat no differently to the more experienced riders in there. Felt well at home, had a good gas and ultimately walked out with some boots that are close to replacing my slippers. New loyal customer here 😎

Staff are amazing and willing to help, but the stock is a bit poor

Went in to trial a few boards for an upcoming trip and left with a beauty! Vicky helped me out and set the board up and was very pleasant and helpful as were the guys! Would defo return for my next boarding needs 😊

I called up because I couldn’t track my parcel and spoke to keith ( I think that was his name) and he was super helpful with my issue.

I never received the goods I ordered. The tracking options they gave me don't work. I have emailed asking where they are and have received now response.

UPDATE: My email was replied to but was in my junk folder. The goods showed up, the delay was due to the post code being hard to read on the package. All resolved now thanks.

Absolutely brilliant, we visited the Manchester chillfactor store , VIcky was amazing she helped us out so much , My daughter was getting her first pair of snowboarding boots , prices were very very affordable , the time she spent with us and the options offered were brilliant , we will definitely back to have a look for boards when we are ready .👍

Very knowledgeable, patient and helpful staff. Both my wife and I needed new snowboards to replace our aging ones ahead of a family holiday to Tignes and helped us navigate all the updates and new terminology. Surprisingly, their prices are competitive, especially considering their captive audience. This coupled with exceptional service means I will be shopping there again for sure. Highly recommended.

Awesome shop and staff- have now spent a small fortune over the years- great selection for skate/snow riders..check for sales as they have really good revised pricing on previous years kit

Great rider owned snowboard shop, that gives you excellent and honest advice to make sure you buy the gear that is best suited to your needs. The demo service is excellent too £15 to demo as many boards as you want-Bargain!
