Bought my first ever boots and bindings a couple of weeks ago before a trip away and I'm really chuffed with them! I was served by Vicky and she was super helpful and I felt went above and beyond to help me understand how to look after my set up, attach bindings etc. I definitely left feeling newly educated!

Been a Subvert customer for years now; I’ve pretty much purchased most my snowboarding kit from them. Always given great advice and have reasonable prices too. Recently purchased a some Burton snowboard pants and waiting to use them on the Piste.

I booked a session at Chillfactor and rocked up at Subvert to demo some boards. Vicky listened to my requirements and set me up with three boards to test. She constantly asked for feedback and provided some reassurance and guided me through my options whilst letting me make up my own mind. No pressure selling here. I left with a new Salomon board and Nitro bindings fully convinced of my choice. You just can’t beat testing a board before buying but add the knowledge and experience of the Subvert team you’re on to a winner. Kieth was also super chilled when the terminal crashed but 10 attempts later they had my money. Good job these guys are 280 miles from home else I’d be skint! Get down to Subvert soon!

What can I say, these guys have been and always will be one of the best stores around.
Recently bought a new hoodie and beanie from them that arrived quicker then I thought as it was ordered between Christmas and New Year.
I've always tried to buy my gear from them all the way back to 2014, their knowledge is always on point, there is no pressure selling and give you time to mull over choices before buying.
The servicing team are top notch too my board has always come back as if it was new straight out of the packaging.

I was served by Vicky today, I trialled a snowboard and then bought it! Vicky was really helpful attaching my bindings, stomp pads and in general very polite and knowledgable.

The atmosphere in the shop is great, loved it.

I actually purchased the same top about 3 years ago. It’s till In amazing condition but I spilled paint on it. So obviously I purchased another one.
Love this top, great pockets, lovely material that repels water really well. Fits just right for me with long enough arms for my monkey like reach.
I definitely recommend this, well I did buy the same top twice after all.

First time I came into Subvert I simply wanted some advice on a good pair of goggles for snowboarding… I left the shop 20mins later with a new pair of goggles perfect for me! Then I went back just to browse and ended up buying a whole new boot and binding setup… then I went back again on an evening they were hosting burton…. I ended up buying a new board… I’ve also bought clothes from them and fully intend to continue emptying my bank account directly to them! I will keep coming back here time and time again untill they kick me out because I practically live there at this point! If you’re not getting the hint yet… don’t shop anywhere else only subvert… They. Are. Just. Brilliant.

Went to Subvert yesterday to buy a board with my son. We were served by Ellie who went through the board options and set up 3 boards for him to Demo. The whole staff team were fantastic, knowledgeable, friendly and keen to help. Would highly recommend Subvert. Thanks team
