Why oh why didn't I read the reviews before placing an order? It's almost 3 weeks since placing the order and the items have still not arrived despite the website stating they will be posted next day. Numerous telephone calls go straight to answerphone and you can't leave a message. 4 e-mails, including one sent through PayPal haven't been answered. I was promised a price match and told the discount would be applied when I ordered...it wasn't! There is zero customer service and I'm beginning to doubt the goods will arrive. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.

Richard at Sue's Canoes let us down badly when we ordered a canoe from them
We received ZERO feedback/communication from them
We did all the running after them
They even misled us with false information about delivery implying the suppliers was to blame which was proved to be a pack of lies
Having waited two months for delivery, we bought the same canoe from another supplier and we got it in 7 days
People don't deserve to be treated as badly as we were by Sue's Canoes
Avoid them, who needs the hassle?!

Terrible customer service, items don't arrive and there is no communication. Do not use or you will be very upset see reviews on yell and Google as well
