I contacted their customer service again to let them know of all the lies i caught them in and they sent me the exact same response word for word. There was no effort made to rectify the situation or offer me a justified refund which is in their terms of conditions. They have a 14 day notice period, it's been 7 days now and they said in their response i've elapsed 14 days and I think they hope to mess me about for as long as that until it's got justification, which is never will because they are scammers!!
